I show them my app, and they can see I do, in fact, have a free drink reward. What's up with that? Also, your gas prices are always different on the sign than at the pump. Your prices for gas are way higher than anywhere else in the area. I'm thinking you guys are a bit crooked.

Half the pumps were not working, the price was high, and the bathrooms were quick filthy. When there are few options it's easy to not worry about providing a good product or service. This seems to be the case here.

About 11:30 I finally went down to the gas station (QT on Taft at Mission, Sapulpa, OK) and bought a large coffee. $3.29. The machine made grinding noises like it was grinding the beans, but when the cup was full it was foamy on top like instant coffee. It was too hot to drink then, but when I got home I tasted it and it is the nastiest coffee I have ever tasted. It didn't even smell good. I've had service station coffee a lot and I've never had such horrible coffee. Usually it's pretty darn good and several flavors of beans to choose from. I had a choice of regular coffee or Columbian. I had regular and my son got Columbian. Both were nasty. Needless to say that's the last time I stop for coffee there.

On Saturday, the double-slide pontoon experience was wonderful. However, the ski boat for our anniversary day, August 1,2021 was a total disappointment. A few hours before we were to pick up the boat, the office called and rather nonchalantly informed us that the boat was no longer available!!!! We have kids that had travelled to OK from California. We are from the Branson area and are very accustomed to boat rentals. We were informed that we could reschedule and apply our hundreds of dollars deposit on another day! 50th wedding anniversary celebration...rescheduled? Things happen, but the lack of empathy for our situation caused me to post a bad review. Cole contacted us and apologized profusely and asked how the marina could make up for the employee's lack of professionalism. I thanked him and decided to chAnge the star rating. It really is one of the best marinas we have ever used.

I feel like there is a slight learning curve needed to get gas here. First, you have to have a…read moreSam's Club membership (which we have, but just a heads up). Second, there are arrows on the ground directing the flow of traffic at the pumps for a reason - DO NOT drive in through the exit to use an empty pump. If you are facing the cars waiting for a pump, you are doing it wrong. Third, download the Sam's Club app to make paying for gas faster and easier. This will help cut down on the amount of time people behind you have to wait for you to figure out how to pay. You can open the app while you are waiting your turn in line to figure out how to use the pay with app feature. If everyone follows the system Sam's has set up it shouldn't take forever to get gas here, but there is usually a long line and a long wait. Also go first thing in the morning for short to no wait times. And one final thought: if Sam's Club is closed (holiday, etc) then the gas pumps are closed too.
