First of all, I walked in SERVING looks -- lashes on, brows laminated, giving main character -- and they looked at me like I was a side quest. Rude. I asked for a simple coffin shape and left with what I can only describe as "crypt keeper claws." My nails look like they went through a haunted car wash. The tech had the audacity to chew gum like she was mad at it while filing my nails like she was sanding drywall. I flinched so many times I unlocked a new fear response. I said I wanted "nude" and she gave me a shade that looked like beige depression. My pinky nail is literally longer than my attention span. At one point she dropped the nail glue on the floor, picked it up, BLEW ON IT, and kept going like we weren't in 2025. Babes, I came for acrylics, not a tetanus shot. Yesss OKAY let's flip the switch -- here's a savage, unhinged, *sassy AF* **bad** review for a nail salon that had *one job and still fumbled harder than a dollar store lash in a hurricane*: NAIL NIGHTMARE -- 0 STARS BUT I'LL GIVE ONE SO I CAN DRAG THEM Babyyyy when I tell you this salon *did me dirty*, I mean "crime scene but make it fashion" levels of disaster. I walked in a hot baddie. I walked out looking like I lost a fight with a cheese grater. AND THE GRATER WON. Let's start with the *vibes* -- or lack thereof. The music? Static. The decor? Early 2000s trauma. One of the chairs was *duct-taped*. A roach looked at me and nodded like, "You sure you wanna do this, sis?" I showed the tech a pic of the cutest ombré set and she said, "Yeah, I can do that!" Ma'am. No, you can't. What I got looked like *a melted popsicle had beef with my fingers.* The shape? Coffin. Ok so I wanted to get my pedicure done .. This place I booked by accident never intended on coming here because they already had terrible reviews .. but to my surprise they were super nice with me on the phone and super easy to book. The timing is off .. As I entered, it was super busy and my appointment at 12:00 got delayed till 12:20 hmmm not happy about that! The place itself is pretty and very welcoming There's lots of colours to choose from The lady who did my pedicure was extremely fast and harsh with me she almost cut my skin a few times thankfully I stoped her before that happened! It felt kinda like a factory but I mean she was super nice and professional just very fast and I could have easily gotten cut My pedicure turned out ok Not sure I'd be back here it was super long wait plus very intense 45 minutes on my nails And the price for a pedicure shellac is insanely expensive like 55$ wow :/ that's way too pricey usually its like 40$ maxxxx for just a simple pedicure No thanks ! read more

Absolutely horrendous. I've left two reviews in my entire life but there was just too much that went wrong with this experience to ignore. Firstly, the nail salon was somewhat empty for a Saturday afternoon (wonder why ) and it still managed to take them 2 and a half hours to do my nails and a pedicure. Pedicure was rushed (not even a half hour) and the nails aren't up to par (I won't be so hard on them for this though because my real nails are quite short). The lady was incredibly rude, kept badgering me to get off my phone (what would you like me to do for two hours, stare longingly into your eyes ma'am?). She proceeded to tell me towards the end "oh you nail so nice now maybe befo you should be embalassed". I came to get give your business money, how are you passing judgement and making this anything less than a relaxing afternoon of pampering. She somehow managed to file holes into 3 of my fingers (don't u do this all day? Mind boggling). So here I am hours later with stinging throbbing fingers which reminded me to write this scathing review.... BUT WAIT THERES MORE! After all was said and done I arrived at the cash to pay where I was charged 115$ for a set of acrylic nails (with uv gel) and a pedicure also with uv gel. In case you guys are having a hard time fathoming 115$, I'll spell it out, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS! Now I have done my nails all over the place for the last 17 years and never have I encountered such a price. I was not asked if I wanted uv gel, I don't even normally do shellac just the polish because my nails don't last long. Anyway, I still left her a ten dollar tip because she provided a service, but I politely told her that perhaps she should consult the client before adding unnecessary extras because the cost of nails is generally under 100$, and what if I only had 100$? The first time we went, it was great. Both my girls were well looked after, and the woman was very nice, polite, and did a great job. This time, terrible. Guess it depends on who you get. My daughter left, saying she could have done a better job herself. She was cut, and one finger felt "burned" after, filed too roughly. No soaking of nails, nothing. It's sad, because the first time she went it was a great experience, this time she was treated like garbage. She's a teenager, she loves having her nails done, and this was a letdown. I had an appointment for 12h30, they call me to say that they are free for earlier, I get there and they make me wait for 40 MINUTES and this happened to pretty much all the people who came in the salon. Their communication skills are horrible and I had to repeat 3 times over the appointment how I wanted my nails but they still screwed up and I had to file at home the shape that I actually wanted. The application of the Polish at the end was horrible and a 5 year old could do a better job! They were quite rude and the overall experience was really bad! read more

Horrible service! The final and last time I went there the lady who owns the place Dina I think accused me of being late as somehow she had misunderstood the time I booked. I said, sorry about that but I thought it was "this" time and that I guess we had a misunderstanding. This would have been fine except she continued to go on and on about it, talking to other customers about being late etc...made me feel really uncomfortable as I had never come late before. It was my first and last time going there. The only reason why I chose that place was cause it was close to my neighborhood. I had a very hard time understanding when they spoke to me. The owner is rude and impolite. He recommended shellac and that is what he did on my nails. It last 4 to 5 days and then it started to chip. When I went to see him he told me it's "NOT WARRANTY ON SHELLAC" I don't usually write reviews but people need to know what they are going to be paying for... bad service! Happy nails, yeah right! Worse place I have ever been, the first time I went I had a man who cut me and never apologized. And they kept trying to pressure me to get shellac nails and not just nail polish. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to get my nails removed, I got a sweet lady who did a great job but unfortunately my daughter wasn't so lucky. She got the same man I had the first time, well let me tell you instead of letting her gel nails soak and file them off. He took a fake nail and stuck it under the fake nails and ripped her nails off 1 by 1. He hurt her so bad she is bleeding from 2 fingers. I made a stink about it to the owner and she said nothing and did nothing and then they tried to make me pay for it. Never happened.
