Brian was slow to respond to our emails, and required 2nd and 3rd requests at times for a response at all. We are very frustrated that no resolution has been offered after spending thousands of dollars on this product. For the price of this product one should expect to be warned ahead of time about the need to add solar panels to the windows (in order to prevent melting). And/or one should expect a higher melting point for the turf. We will be reaching out to the better business bureau in addition to this review. Genuinely hoping this review helps future customers avoid the same costly disappointment.

Initially, we encountered several no-shows and a few individuals who arrived, but none of them could compare to Victory's initial presentation. Victoria and Ricardo came to measure our backyard and later provided us with a detailed quote. Victory construction even created a rendering of our backyard. They were incredibly patient with us as we occasionally changed our minds and revised the quotes accordingly. A portion of the backyard has already been completed, including a pergola constructed from pavers, a paver pad for a potential outdoor sauna, a paver walkway, grass, an irrigation system, a couple dozen + of hopseseed plants, and some other plants. We are still awaiting the HOA's approval for our pergola to be placed and paver steps from the front yard to the rear area. The backyard has transformed into a visually stunning landscape.

If you are building a very upscale home, then Greescapes is not the landscaping firm to use…read more Greenscapes was recommended by my builder. Our house is in a very upscale community in Fountain Hills AZ. I engaged Frank and his team to install driveway pavers for a very steep driveway- the house is located on a mountainside- decking around the pool, landscaping and irrigation. The pool decking material-limestone tile- was moved from the cul sac in wheelbarrows and deposited in the pool since it could not be installed because of other construction activity. The decking material cracked as a result and Frank instructed the crew to install the cracked limestone tile and then insulted our intelligence and said that cracked tile is in vogue. Apparently Frank hired a crew "off the street" to do the work without any oversight from Greenscapes. Frank insisted on only replacing a certain number of limestone tiles and after a great deal of stress the pool decking was installed with creative direction from me. Second, the irrigation system was chewed up by the critters because Greenscapes apparently installed the rubber piping incorrectly. When I reached out Frank said too bad but "best practice was used" and he would be more than happy to quote a price to fix something Greenscapes did wrong in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

We have had our turf for 13 months and there is a small part that has been melted, which is confusing because we were assured, by Luxe Lawns, that it could withstand the Arizona Heat and a large breed dog. The company has claimed that our warranty does not cover this type of damage. When a representative came out to look they said out upstairs window caused the turf to melt and they'd only replace it if we had all of our windows tinted by a specific company. When we asked why this wasn't mentioned originally as something that could happen, the representative looked at us like we should have known, but didn't act apologetic or even attempt to help solve the problem. Like how would we know the window could melt our turf? Shouldn't that be something they'd explain? We feel this company is not worth even 1 Star as they have not been helpful at all. We don't understand how something like this could occur as turf should last 15-20 years. knowing this, we don't think this company uses quality turf if it hasn't lasted more more than 13 months. We have reached out to the owner, Lisa, who stated that it would be a cost to replace that portion of the turf and they would not even consider replacing until we had all of our windows tinted. What? Extremely disappointed in this Company. We don't feel valued and regret using them. I would not recommend this company as their product clearly can't withstand the heat and they don't care to support their customers concerns.
