As sellers agent, listed home way too low, wasting time of many people. As I didn't have an agent…read moreshe listed herself to get double commission but failed to be of help advising me on an escalation offer. She also couldn't be troubled to negotiate on my behalf to encourage bank (estate sale) to take my offer which was $45,000 more than cash offer. Or even ask bank to give me opportunity to provide higher cash offer which she knew was an option for me. She absolutely cost me house I had been searching for for over two years while simultaneously not getting her client (the estate) the highest offer. And shout out to Chase bank. If you use them to handle your estate, their only priority is to get a cash offer to make things easy for themselves. Getting an extra 25% for estate turned out to be unimportant to bank and this realtor.
