I call them at 1:20 pm on a Tuesday and was put on hold for 17 minutes before hanging up and writing this Yelp review. Time is of the essence in these matters but I guess I'll have to use snail mail since their web site printed on the letter comes back as undeliverable. I can't believe folk trust this mickey mouse credit union with their money!

I've been using US Bank for almost 10 years now. I've never found a reason to leave them or change…read morebanks. I didn't set up my very first account at this location, but since moving to the area 5 years ago this has become my go-to bank. I really don't have to come in too often since I use online banking and the US Bank app to deposit my checks, but occasionally it won't take certain checks and I will need to go in and deposit them, or sometimes other things come up (like wanting to make changes to my accounts) where I need to actually go in and talk to someone. Good location, it's clean, everyone is really friendly. I've never had an issue coming in here before and I am really grateful for all they've done to help me in the past. I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.

I have been a customer of WFB since 1974. Recently I sold a house and moved to Redmond, OR. Prior…read moreto the sale, I saw a poster while in a branch about 4% interest on new deposits into a savings account. I already had an account with WFB, so I transferred a 6 figure amount from my checking into my savings. When I got the bank statement for that month, I only was paid $4.00 by WFB. I went in asked why, and I was told that I had to go into a branch before making the deposit. I disputed this, and the complaint department told me that they'd look into it. I just got a call from them -- they told me that because I didn't actually go into a branch, I couldn't get the 4%. So my savings only got the .01% that they pay on savings. But WFB go my money and most likely loaned it out at 7% or more -- and they will keep the difference because of an insignificant technicality. Someone at the branch could have called me when they saw the large deposit into savings -- but they didn't. Don't do business with them - I'm moving my accounts!

I purchased a car in Idaho and got forced to go through this bank for my loan. This is hands down…read morethe worst experience with a bank I have ever had. First payment went without a hitch but before my second payment I received a email saying I had to set up auto pay, so I did. And come due date I got charged 3 extra times at once!! I called and they just kept trying to blame me but they eventually said they already had auto pay set up for me when I started my loan. That made absolutely no sense to me, why send me a email saying you need it set up when you already have it?? They kept trying to push that I was impatient and just tried to pay twice because the payment didn't go through till next day, this also doesn't make sense because it told me when it should go through so why would i immediately try again?? They wouldn't tell me the reason for the other overpayments. After going back and forth for a while they finally agreed to refund me and told them to disable all auto payments on there end as well I disabled mine just to be sure. THE NEXT PAYMENT they auto charged me again like wtf is going on with this bank I told them they absolutely have no permission from me to charge me on their own. I recently got into some financial problems that will be resolved at the end of the month but them double charging me cause me to not be able to buy food for me and my girlfriend. This is just ridiculous I will be calling again to dispute the double charge. What is wrong with these people it seems like they genuinely do not care, about anything.
