I told him about the jumpstart not being on and it being impossible that the battery in a car shows zero but he said no, maybe you got to get a new battery. within 5 minutes, technician left recommending that I get a battery from him for 200 bucks plus. Got my car jumpstarted within 30 minutes of his departure by a Good Samaritan. called the company to complain and was left on hold for at least 5 minutes immediately I called. On Point Assistance-ORD was a disaster. ETA times would expire and a new one would be posted. They were hard to get ahold of on the phone; they would tell me they were going to have their driver call me, but he never did. I waited 3 hours for a jump start. The technician who arrived said that the company is dispatching from NY and doesn't have knowledge of Chicago, and is sending technicians longer distances than necessary. He said sometimes they are dispatched to a person's home address, when the person is not at their home address. Avoid at all costs. read more

I was originally told 2:52pm as an eta for a jump. At 2:52 I called and was told it would be another 25 minutes. I told sandy the dispatcher that I had a doctors appointment and had to leave in 30 minutes so I needed the driver to be on time. I called in 25 minutes and they wouldn't answer my call even after 12 attempts. The driver did not arrive until 4:15pm. I missed my doctor appointment and have to wait until next week (it's Thursday) to get in. Very disappointed and would not recommend!!! read more

I requested roadside assistance through my insurance for a jump start and was assigned On Point ORD. I was given an ETA of 50-60 minutes but waited well over 4 hours. I called their contact number several times without response but the insurance company was able to get ahold of them. I attempted roadside assistance again at a later time and had the same issue. My story is similar to many others I have read. I had a flat tire, called Audi Roadside Assistance, got On Point as the provider. Time estimates were long and kept changing, updating, would go from 60 minutes to 40 to 20 then back to 60 minutes. Went on for hours. They answered my first call (guy sounded like he was asleep) and then did not pick up for any subsequent calls from me OR from Audi. They NEVER SHOWED. Do not recommend. read more

Driver was good and was able to get me into my car after being locked out. My problem is with the dispatcher (and the 2 hours I had to wait after being told it would be 45mins to an hour waig, but hey, things happen). My issue with the dispatcher is that after my initial conversation with him 45 mins into the wait, he was unavailable. I had no info via phone or text after the hour time frame and I called dispatcher back and my call went to what I believe was his personal vm. I left a message but never got a call back. I called again in 5 mins and again but still it just went to vm and still no call back. Finally, the driver called to say he was on his way, he got there 40mins late, apologized and did the job. Their on-site dispatcher customer service was very poor and for that reason i would not use them again. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. First off, Nissan roadside assistance stated the guy would be there by 5:26PM (that was over an hour after we called to begin with). We tried to call him with the number Nissan provided for ETA and he did not answer. We called Nissan back and they stated he was 18mmins away (it is now 6pm). The guy proceeds to call and say it would cost an extra 45$ (he was clearly scamming us for more money) and that he was 45 mins away. We cancelled the service with him and he began to yell at us and swear at us. We hung up. 20 mins later he comes zooming up, throws his car in park and gets out of his car and proceeds to step up on my husband like he was going to fight him saying "what you gonna say now". My husband said he cancelled the call and to leave. Thank god there was a sheriff there or else Im sure the guy would have tried to fight my husband. Not only did he show up in his personal vehicle (a jeep), he showed up in basketball shorts. Super unprofessional and rude. Mr. D Williams should be fired for his actions and it makes me not even want to havea Nissan anymore if these are the types of people they hire to help people in distress. Super awful experience.
