Great bang for your buck! Not only did they render excellent customer service, but they did the job even though it had started sprinkling. Since I couldn't verify their work with the solar panels out of sight on my roof, they showed before and after photos of all 12 panels. Some panels even had algae! I'm sure they are mostly correct and on time. But in my case, not so much. ****Good Evening Will, I apologize for delayed response. I work long hours and rarely check my personal email. According to your records, I received a text message at 1:36pm. That email stated your technician was 13 minutes away. For the sake of conversation, I'll say he was exactly 13 minutes away from my home. That would give him an arrival time of 1:49pm. At 2:00pm your technician is sending out pictures of my "cleaned" solar panels??? 11 minutes??? So Benjamin is parking his vehicle, possibly knocking on my front door, taking out a hose, taking out a ladder, taking out cleaning equipment and brushes and poles, climbing onto my roof, taking all his cleaning materials up the ladder...onto my roof, prepping, scrubbing, cleaning, taking pictures....and attaching them to emails and databases??? All in 11 minutes??? (Or less) It doesn't make any sense to me, nor add up to your previous emails or Yelp response. They were one time and done quickly with cleaning the panels. They also took several pictures of the entire roof so I could see if there were any loose tiles or other issues, as well as see the before/after pictures of the panels. The contractors who painted our home, prior to us moving in, didn't bother to protect the panels so they sprayed white paint all over it. We were able to get an appointment the next day after the initial call. The price was reasonable and the work was thorough with 2 men. These panels are not brand new, but by the end of the cleaning, they sure looked that way. They do give discounts for some work professions so be sure to ask.
