Jordan was extremely prompt to our project request for window cleaning and was able to schedule us in very quickly. I appreciated how the pricing was a very straight-forward flat rate for each window, which includes interior / exterior / screen cleaning. We had 60+ windows cleaned which was a very long job for only 2 crew members, but they were professional, courteous and stayed until the wee hours to get it done and done right. How much does cleaning solar panels improve their output? I had my solar panels cleaned recently by @sudandsqueegie. I had them cleaned only a few months earlier by another company, but I recleaned them because two panels were producing lower output and looked obviously dirty. The other panels did not look like they needed cleaning. I was surprised to see that the cleaning improved the output of all the panels from an average of about 340 Wh per panel to about 540 Wh, an increase of about 58%! The first picture is a drone shot of the panels, showing the two panels that were obviously dirty. The first panel picture shows the output of all panels before cleaning, and the second panel picture shows the output after cleaning. The panel output measurements were taken within 1 hour of each other at around 1 pm. It was a partially overcast day, so the output is usually much greater. However, it shows the amount of improvement possible with simple cleaning of the panels, despite them not appearing obviously dirty to the naked eye. It turns out the two panels that looked obviously dirty had cracks in the glass surface, and most of the discoloration was dirt that had seeped underneath the glass coating and could not be removed by cleaning. Surprisingly, not only did the surface cleaning of the two "dirty panels" improve, but it also improved the other panels that did not look like they needed cleaning! The original company that did the cleaning used a brush on a long pole to drip deionized water onto the panels. @sudandsqueegee used a long pole with two rotating brushes, which seemed to be more effective. They were very efficient and professional in their work. I recommend them highly. read more

The crew was careful of our property inside & out, and always wore shoe coverings when inside the house. Our windows, frames, tracks, and screens were all cleaned beautifully, and streak free! We did have a hiccup with our screen frames after being re-installed, but Jordan was helpful to follow-up with us, and got it resolved quickly. I was so impressed! This is a 3300 ft house. They sent four people, and they did inside outside, tracks plus the screens. The manager, Jordan, came by after awhile and double checked all windows to make sure everything looked great. He pointed out a few smudges I couldn't even see.
