While attending University of Baltimore, my laptop began doing weird stuff like trouble rebooting, error messages, viruses and etc. I knew the IT guys at the campus repeatedly worked with the laptop, but no change. So, while researching best computer shops, I came across Onsite and discussed it with my husband. He recommended that we see what they can do, plus we live in Essex. We went there and discussed what problems I was having and he fixed it and brought it to my home personally; I thought that was very kind of him. My computer suddenly stopped powering on and I was at my wit's end. I brought it here based on the glowing reviews. It turns out that they were well deserved. The gentleman investigated and determined that there was a small fray on my power cord which rendered it useless. He searched valiantly but didn't have my particular model's cord. Thankfully he was able to direct me to a couple of locations treat did. Better still, he didn't even charge me the diagnostic fee! They made what was turning out to be a crap day a great deal better with their kindness, prompt service and knowledge. My Windows 10 desktop wouldn't reboot after an update. Onsite Computers solved the problem and recommend an upgrade at a reasonable cost. My pc is working better then new. The owner of this place is a great and honest guy! Had a virus a few months back that encrypted everything. We took it there and he had to reinstall everything. Just recently had another issue with it unrelated and he fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't charge us. Does great work and has reasonable prices. Would highly recommend! read more
