These guys are as honest as the day is long. They repaired our screen in an attempt to fix an issue. It wasn't the screen causing it so they undo the repair so we could walk to the Apple Store to fix it. They refunded us in full. Can't ask for more than that. We are older. My wife bought a new phone and we stopped here to see if they carry a nice case. The manager knew what cases worked and showed us a whole wall of choices. So she picks the pretty flower design and I ask the price. $15 installed! Another time I had my phone and snippers in my back pocket and sat down to a terrible sound. My screen looked like a spider web so of course I freaked out and ran back to this store expecting an expensive repair. The manager very calmly removed the broken protective cover and showed me my glass is ok. He cleaned it all and installed new glass protective cover for $15! Regardless of having to wait for the mall to open my service person, Ray was on top of getting my phone fixed. It's very hard doing regal during Covid but Ray had great service not just with me, but with much more frustrated customers. He set realistic expectations and offered some good tips. This is the ONLY place I am willing to have my cell phone screen protector replaced!!! What used to cost between $50-85 now only costs $15 each time for an actual glass protector!! And being that I couldn't be clumsier...I'm ridiculously grateful that their prices are so low!! And they put it on for me - so no bubbles....yay!! Great customer service. Had a bad day by dropping your phone, cracking the screen then trying to work through it with a failing battery? We'll that was my week...at least until I took my iPhone 6s+ to this place. Middle child dropped her iPhone 6 right before we were heading out for dinner in Towson. I did the yelp thing to find a place she could spend her allowance to get it fixed. This place popped up. We stopped in and Nishar hooked us up. It cost 99 bucks and with the free glass protection he tossed on (thanks again yelp) we were done within half an hour. My guess is that he only needed half that time. One extra nice touch was that he charged the phone while we were gone. Score! Phone works great, kid is happy, what more could one ask for? read more

I recommend taking any of your apple products to be repaired by apple. I paid $150 for my iphone screen repair and a extra $50 for an case. The case was nice and the people there are friendly as far as services, but when they repaired my phone they did not use an apple screen, but a super cheap one and now my phone is broken completely and I will have to pay even more money to get a new phone. The services are terrific but my phone is completely coming apart now. read more

The Apple Store told me my phone was "unfixable", because a 3rd party charger piece had broken off in the port. I brought it to Nishar in Towson Town Center, he told me he would fix it for $30, or it would be free to look at it. He fixed it lickety split! Great service! read more

Went to the Apple store in the Towson Mall on 9/30/2017and there was a three hour to replace my battery. While waiting I came across this store and just took a chance to see if they replaced iphone batteries. I was so pleased to find out that they indeed replaced batteries and I was only a 20 minute process. Fast forward to 11/30/2017 and my battery is acting up again. I called to see how long how long was the warranty was on the battery and I was told 30 days!! Had I know this piece of information before hand I would of just happily waited those 3 hours to get my battery replaced by the apple store. NEVER AGAIN, waste of MONEY! read more

Took my iPhone 7 here to replace a cracked screen on June 17. There was no wait here unlike the Apple Store. The only employee took about 20 minutes to replace the screen. I paid and left seemingly satisfied. However, from that point on the screen had less than normal responsiveness to touch and would often do wacky things. I took the phone to an Apple Store and they immediately saw the poorly replaced screen. I paid Apple to replace it once again. What a waste of time and money. Buyer beware. read more

I took my iPhone 7 in to have the screen repaired. They tried to fix my screen but couldn't because of the aftermarket screen they used. They gave me a refund, but in the process, they broke my home key and somehow broke my battery so that the phone won't hold a charge now. The battery goes from 100% to basically 20% in about an hour, even when it's not in use. I came in with a cracked screen and left with a cracked screen, a broken home button and a busted battery. And now, the Apple store won't even replace the screen because this place broke the phone. So now I need a new phone. Great. I should have just gone to the apple store in the first place. read more

I completely cracked my iPhone 6s so I went in this store in Towson Mall. The employees were very nice and attentive. Though it is a little pricey they were very fast and prompt. (It was 159$ plus tax. I also got the gorilla glass which was 20$ with the screen repair.) There was another customer ahead of me and the gentleman told me it would be about 20 minutes. I wandered around the mall and came back in 20 minutes and it was ready. I would definitely recommend this store for your phone repair needs. read more

These guys are awesome! My iPhone 6S speaker volume was unexplainably low and driving me completely nuts. Went to the Apple Store and found out that not only would be a minimum of $130 diagnosis fee and a several day wait to be seen, but that I might have to leave it overnight too. I left feeling resigned, but on my way out saw this store. The owner was super helpful and said that he would install a new speaker and only charge me if it worked. Well, lo and behold, just 30 minutes later and for a fraction of the cost, my phone is as good as new! They also do screen repairs and sell the usual cell phone stuff. And also fix all types of electronics. I will go out of my way to break all my stuff and bring it back here for repair! This place is amazing! I went in with a totally cracked screen and they were able to get it back to me the next day, only b.c I came in close to the mall closing. They were really thorough making sure that they protected the work they did by selling a glass cover. I went home and put my phone case on and was very happy till half the screen went black. I think the pressure may have been applied too high when the screen cracked and the LCD finally went out- this is what both Nishar, His coworkers and the Apple store had to say about it. They are very knowledgeable about their craft! Since I had just come in for the glass replacement they were able to offer a kinder price for fixing the LCD which when comparing to the apple store was way easier to cope with. The second time the phone was done before I was enjoying the mall. Over all smooth and kind experience. I hope I will not have to see them again for a quick fix but if the time comes they will be the first I go too, and you should too!!! :) read more

Running around doing too much, I dropped my already cracked iPhone 6 on the very hard concrete. No surprise to anyone, my phone cracked again rendering it essentially unusable... After a mini-meltdown, I remembered that there was a cell phone repair spot less than 10 minutes away in Towson Town Center. Fearing the worst, I went directly to My Cellphone Repairs. Nishar calmly informed me that it was just a simple screen replacement job and that fortunately I caught them during their Black Friday Sale. So, it would only cost me $69.95 to repair my phone. I was so excited that I sprung for the Tempered Glass Screen protection which was also on sale for $9.99. I think that the repair itself took no more than 30 minutes... I can't say for sure because I did a bit of Christmas shopping and when I returned, my phone was good to go. So while I hope that I never have a reason to come back, if I ever find myself in need of cellphone repair, I would definitely return to My Cellphone Repairs. read more

So back in October of 2019 my iPhone 7 decided randomly to not turn back on after I had accidentally let the battery die (go to 0%). I took it to my local Verizon store and they said it would never turn on again even with a new battery (all they did was try to charge it which I already tried). So I was forced to buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max because ultimately I needed a phone. I then took my iPhone 7 to the Apple store a couple of days later to see if they could turn it on so I could at least recover my things. The Apple store told me that even putting in a new battery wouldn't turn it back on even though I kept insisting they try it anyways and I would pay even if it didn't work. They then suggested a website that did data recovery for like a minimum of $200. So I left the Apple Store and stopped in My CellPhone Repairs to see if they could do anything as I was willing to try anything. A gentlemen took my phone and after 30 minutes it was working again. Of course my phone needed yep you guessed it, a new battery! Apple had just straight up lied to me just to make sure I didn't return my new phone. The battery was about $40 which is way better than a $200+ recovery website. The point, if the Apple Store tells you a problem with your phone is hopeless bring it over to My CellPhone Repairs because Apple will lie and they won't! Same with any problems you are having with any type of phone they cover a lot! Without them I would have lost about 3,000-4,000 photos/videos from over three years! If I went to them first I wouldn't have had to buy a $1,200 phone, just to reiterate how helpful they are. But of course, I didn't know but now I do. I don't usually trust third-party repairs but trust me, don't hesitate to stop in with a problem. They will actually help you and not rip you off, and the service is extremely friendly!
