After finally getting a text from the tech a week later, he said he would order a water valve. 2 weeks later, I haven't heard from him. called the company and they were very rude, made excuses, and indifferent. couldn't give them less than a single star. they are a…read moreservice provider for frigidaire appliances and a service date and time was given to me by frigidaire warranty service. i waited by the phone all day and left two messages, but didn't hear from them until 15 minutes before closing time to say that they weren't coming. excuse, they never received the service order, really? they had to accept the order before it could be completed. i received several excuses, but the clincher was i was not in their service area, this after they had been at my home on a prior service call. then the excuse was that business was booming because of covid 19, so they had shrunk their service area. thousands of people are dying due to this terrible virus and he's happy about his booming business. boy, what a crock. then he had the gall to diagnose my problem over the phone and tell me to call someone else. be aware of this business and watch out.
