And unless my Middle Aged male neighbors are secretly drag queens, there's no reason for them to take my Sephora Package. Well it's nowhere around, so why the hell does it say delivered?! Unhappy, I called costumer service and after waiting for 30 mins, I finally get to talk to someone. That someone was extremely helpful and told me that my package was delivered to N. Washington, not N. Shepherd. The representative told me the person who received my package called Ontrac and informed them of the mistake (I live in a small town so kind gestures like that aren't super uncommon). I ended up getting my package later that evening (still a day late), but I am still unhappy with the service. If the person who accidentally received my package would not have contacted Ontrac, I may have never gotten my package. Clearly their drivers can't read street signs or addresses. The only reason they're getting two stars is because the gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and helpful. But ultimately, shame on Sephora for choosing such an inconsistent and unreliable courier service. Boo.... read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could! My last 2 deliveries, one on 11-21-25 & one tonight shows delivered, but I never received either. The first delivery included a picture of my package on someone else's doorstep and the second one, I was sitting on my doorstep when I got the notification that my package was delivered (no picture included). They've already closed out the claim for my missing package with no resolution and I can't get a live person on the phone to save my life. Avoid using ontrac at all costs. I was a little worried when I saw the update last night saying that they had attempted delivery but my business was closed. I live in a home, own no business, and they did not attempt to deliver. I was home all day and have cameras to prove that they didn't attempt. I looked up the ratings and became even more worried. Luckily the order came today (earlier than initially expected) and the delivery guy was very nice and helpful. I think if your company did away with the misleading and dishonest "attempted delivery" update you would avoid a lot of angry backlash. What's wrong with just saying "delayed"? If I knew that Home Depot used OnTrac for their deliveries, I would not have ordered from Home Depot. OnTrac is the worst delivery service! Every time I have a delivery, they say my address is incorrect and I have lived in my home for the past 24 years. They just don't want to deliver to Linden so they make up some reason not to delivery the package even though I was charged a delivery fee. If you are having ANYTHING delivered to the Stockton or surrounding areas do not order products that will be delivered by OnTrac you will either never receive the packages or you will have to go to the delivery warehouse off of Arch Road to retrieve the packages that should have been delivered that you paid for! They deserve a negative 10 rating. read more

So I was happy when Amazon stopped sending them to my house, but now another company i ordered through is using them and they made zero attempt to come to my front door. They literally just tossed it in my yard... and i mean put a back spin on it and everything (i have it on video). Because i was not alerted to their arrival, i did not find it till the next day. I would have given zero stars if I could! Ontrac continues to deliver packages to my business after hours or on days that we are closed. I have had numerous packages stolen. Customer service is literally non-existent! If you call any of their numbers your either prompted by an automatic message to go to their website or you just get a busy signal from the other numbers found online. If you go to their website and send them an email you receive an automated return email letting you know that it will take up to 48 hours for them to get back to you and they seldom respond. Last week I got out of work late and as I was about to lock up I saw a guy walk up to the front door and place a package there and walk back to his van. He obviously didn't see me, nor did he bother to notice that the lights were off and the closed sign was in plain view. I went out and addressed the issues of him not leaving packages during specific hours and days. He was somewhat receptive, but I could tell he really didn't care. These people who deliver packages are absolutely jerks.  I have a large sign in the front in ENGLISH that says "Deliver All Packages to the Front Door."  So they 1) Don't speak English, 2) Can't read English, or 3)  just too frigging lazy to take a few steps to my front door.  They put in on the inside of my small gate, or in my flower garden or in the middle of my lawn?  Unfortunately, there are companies that use them and my preference is USPS, (yep better than them), UPS or FED EX or any other one except On Trac.  They always deliver my items to the front door and don't expect me to go for an Easter egg hunt. read more

Every single time I get a package, the delivery drivers some how don't understand how to open my very easy gate. It's a simple latch that lifts up, as basic as it gets. They will just toss my package over the gate. I'll get home from work and see it sitting right by my gate where EVERYONE in the world can see it and grab it. And it's been there for HOURS. I dont live on the best street and it's ridiculous that they can't walk 4ft to my porch. I just physically watched the driver today toss my package over my gate after "trying" to open it once. I have been waiting for a delivery for two business days, the delivery time & date keeps changing. I was assured last night the package would be delivered today. I checked delivery status online this AM to see if there was an estimated time for today, and the status shows the package was delivered last night at my front door. The package was not delivered last night. I was home last night, and there is no possible way for a delivery to occur at my house because I have a very long driveway and no one can approach the house without being undetected. They are nothing but a bunch of incompetent liars. Their automated phone system says if tracking says the package was delivered and you are unable to find it please contact the retailer directly, we aren't able to assist you with this problem. I have now contacted the retailer and they have issued a refund if the package can not be located 1-3 business days. This package was several hundred dollars. I had a package that said it was delivered 12/9, a Christmas gift for my son that I ordered from Walmart. I called Walmart, they called on-trac. On-trac stands by their "it was delivered", but I ran my camera for the day of, the day prior, and the day after; nothing was delivered. They open a claim. Walmart re-orders the item. Shows it would be delivered by end of day 12/20, by the end of the day it shows delayed, but with no new delivery date. I called the 800 number to request to pick up, and am told it can take 3 days for them to call me and tell me I can pick up. All other orders from Walmart that didn't use on-trac have made it to me. All my other online shopping deliveries from other shippers made it to me as promised, with no issues. I wish Walmart would not use on-trac as a shipper! They may save on the shipping, but I know they are losing in the long run by having to refund lost packages. I am so bummed about this. The fact that I am even willing to go get it and can't is frustrating, on top of the fact that I shouldn't have to spend my gas money to get a package delivered. This company advertises as a top notch, on time delivery service. I DONT THINK SO FOLKS. Twice in less than 2 weeks recently items that I purchased in line were sent " Out For Delivery" in Stockton, CA when the address in the shipping label clearly shows a Modesto address. Both times I received tracking alerts that my package wasn't deliverable because the business was closed and they, OnTrac needed the hours of operation for the business. An out and out lie. There was no closed business that made delivery impossible. At least not the business at the address on the shipping label because that business is in Modesto. After the first incident I contacted OnTrac and pointed out that it had nothing to do with a business being closed, but it was due to a shipping error on their part. Looking at other similar ratings, perhaps Yelp needs to have a special, reserved rating that turns the one star bright black with sprinkles if there are more than, say, ten single stars in a quarter... Amazon, itself, honored our request to not use ONTRAC for our orders eighteen months ago... This, however, is an Amazon Marketplace shipper who either missed the flag or ignored it... They used ONTRAC for our order... The ONTRAC driver claims that a package addressed to us was delivered to our "Main Lobby / Reception" in the middle of the day... Not possibly true on a lot of levels: 1) Ours is a stand-alone home... No lobby... No reception area... 2) We are retired... Work in our garden through the day... No driver... 3) Front porch is small and clean... Can't overlook a package... 4) Shipper was not supposed to use ONTRAC... Messed up... Now ONTRAC's customer "service" says that we, not they, need to reach out to the shipper to get a replacement... They screwed up and we have to clean it up... If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't. Here is it goes. A package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday Nov 25th said delivered by 8pm guess what no package checked on the website and said it would be delivered on Thursday which was Thanksgiving. We all know they were closed. Then the website said will be delivered Friday Nov 26th. I called today at 4:30pm just to say it won't be delivered till Monday Nov 30th. I asked for a supervisor just to get hung up on. 3 more calls to Corporate and was told due to PEAK season that they are busy and I will get it when I get it. They have had my package since Tuesday Nov 24th. I even offered to go pick it up to just to be sorry they couldn't give me a the address of where to pick it up at. This is the worst customer service.
