Untrustworthy and horrible shipping company. After them delaying my package 3 times, I reached out and guess what... THEY MAGICALLY COULDN'T FIND MY PACKAGE !! They knew what was in the package but didn't know where the package was... how weird right. I don't know how companies are still doing business with them. This company might as well throw your items out the window as I drove by your home that's how damaged items come from their delivery and they leave it's so far from the door that the whole neighborhood can see what you got and people who drive by. Worst experience ever with this shipping company. Very slow and unpredictable. The tracking was not accurate and it took way too long to get my product that was shipped from Arizona to California. It took about two whole days to get my products from Burbank ca to Granada Hills ca which is about 30 minutes away. It took a week in total from the day I placed the order to get my products and still got charged the standard shipping rate of 5.99. read more

The worst experience I've ever had with a deliver service. They were suppose to deliver a package on the 12 and claimed it was delivered the 20th which is false. The package isn't at my door and we can prove they never showed up. Sitting on hold for over an hour to talk to a rep who can't help you at all and still I don't have my package. Their excuse is "we're a small company and can't keep up" get it together that's not an excuse. Stop taking orders if you can't fulfill the demand. Maybe they will find my package in 3 days but i doubt it. They can't communicate with their customers. read more

After UPS was 5 days late on my item delivery, BestBuy promised me next day delivery with OnTrac. My item shipped on Wednesday, and the expected delivery date was Thursday. After the package didn't arrive on Thursday, they updated the date to Friday, when, get this: the package didn't come. It is now Saturday and the package is out for delivery, but for some reason I don't believe it will come today. So I tried to speak to someone on the phone about my package, and they said the wait time was 170 minutes, which I don't have. My package is roaming around and not being delivered, and I have no way to change it. They didn't even respond to my email after 3 days. DO NIT SHIP WITH ONTRAC! read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!  I personally ordered something of high value which requires a signature for delivery. According to the online tracking information my package was supposed to be delivered on 12/07 so I stayed home all day to find out that at 6:00pm the online delivery information was updated with a delay, staged on dock for loading, delivery 12/08. I then arranged for someone to be at my home to receive the delayed delivery. I called Ontrac at 3:00pm inquiring since the delivery had not been made. I was told that the delivery would be scheduled for 12/09. I requested to pick up the delivery and was told the request could be made but not guaranteed for same-day pickup. I then asked what the issue was and was told "this happens during the holidays". The website tracking info is still not updated, I still don't have my delivery and I have no guarantees. I guess Ontrac does not value communication or their customers' time. I'm a logistics manager and we use FedEx, UPS, and DHL on a regular basis. Never have I received such poor service from a carrier. Use FedEx, they'll make every effort to get it there on time and keep you updated in real-time. read more

This company has now wasted $1000s of dollars of my time and money and put me in danger. I ordered snow tires 8 days ago as i live in mammoth and we have big storms coming. I am very aware of storms causing delays that is why i ordered them in a window between storms. It was supposed to be delivered on the 18th it is now the 24th and they're just now telling me they are missing. I drove 6+ hours in a storm to come get these and they won't let me or even go look for them. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I have called everyday and they just try to tell you what they think you want to hear and really don't care about you or the situation. I finally got "manager" looking for them. That's a joke he said he would get things done. Still nothing. I will never use a vendor that uses ontrac ever again. Sad because i like tire rack but they lost my business because of who they chose to do business with. I now have to drive home to work without my snow tires back through the storm. Disgusted with the service provide by this delivery company . ANYONE considering using their services should definitely read! My package came up "missing" for the 2nd time yesterday 4/28/2020. The first time I was given the complete ring around from OnTrac. Every person I called in and spoke with gave me different info. Fashionnova eventually gave me store credit. I requested that OnTrac not be used to deliver my next purchase, I would make with my store credit. I was advised that carriers are chosen at random and that whoever picks up the job first, gets it. Well, OnTrac were the lucky ones once again. My package was missing again!! I was livid! I called OnTrac's customer service and immediately spoke with Geneve in their corporate office in AZ. After about 4-5 phone calls back and forth..THE DRIVER/ DELIVERY BOY MADE UP 3 LIES ABOUT HOW HE WAS ABLE TO ENTER MY APARTMENT BUILDING. First lie, he said he called a phone number that I had never heard of and someone met him at the front gate. Then he said he used the gate telecom to enter the building... I haven't had a phone connected to the telecom in 10+ years. Then the driver "returned" to my building lost and confused! As soon as he got out of his truck he immediately said he accidentally left the package in the building next to mine. So I waited ... he came back after 4-5 mins with no pacKage. Then all of sudden was soo certain he actually did have the right address... I asked him again how he got into the building earlier that day and now he said someone was coming in the gate so he followed them in. My neighbors have security cameras so I knew the whole time he was lying. It was disgusting to witness the complete ignorance of this guy. He's a thief! And there is no doubt in my mind he stole my last package and probably many many more. He left and very very shortly returned with my package. Once he found out about the cameras his whole demeanor changed. You're a bad person and OnTrac you're a HORRIBLE company for having people like this work for you. My order was similar to many of these reviews. Each day for the past week the tracking has changed to say it would be delivered that day, yet was never delivered. I called and they told me I could put it on a hold for pickup, and they said once they had located the package the order status would be changed to "on hold for pickup", however the order status never changed. When I called today, they informed me that it looks like my package has been lost. I wish they would have informed me sooner that it was lost so that I could have re-ordered my order, as I needed it to be here before the holidays. I had even paid high shipping in order to get the items here faster. Just really wish they would have informed me of the issue when it first happened, as my package was checked in at the warehouse last week and my initial call to the company was last week, so if I could have been informed then I would have had the possibility of re-ordering. Pretty much wasted a bunch of time and never got my product and now it is too late to re-order. read more
