A FedEx package was undeliverable at my residence due to needing a signature. No phone number was included, so I had to search the internet to find it, so that I could confirm when the package was available for pickup. Apparently, the company will try to deliver for 3 consecutive days. If unsuccessful, they will stop delivery, and the package will be available for pickup only. But if it's not picked up in a couple of days, it will be sent back. When I was finally able to pick it up, I waited in line for 15-20 minutes, as there was only one employee assisting customers. She was very sweet and helpful, but there was only so much that she could do in a timely manner, since the place was busy. Once attended to, she quickly got my package and I was on my way. I don't often get packages via FedEx, but this experience would make me think twice about using their services.

Came to drop off some Amazon returns because I was in the area. I easily found street parking and…read morewent inside. The layout is perfect you enter and can quickly be in line. They have a nice supply wall for sale and they have allot of mailboxes too. While I was in line the employee alerted us that the machine in the back can be used for Amazon returns so I went to stand in line for that machine. I wish they had more than one because the man in front of me took a long time and when i looked back at the regular line they had already helped 3 people who were behind me. Anyway after that man finally finished and it was my turn it was simple, scan the bar code from Amazon and then put your item in a plastic bag and seal it with the return slip. The pile of returns isn't secure though so I did worry what happens if someone steals them? I guess at least I have my return slip proof that I dropped it off. Overall an easy experience but they should consider having more than just one return machine.

Es una caja con un labor de $250 más alrededor de $200 incluido el seguro por si se pierde el cual no puedo reclamar por qué la caja no está perdida pero tampoco me dicen que ya existe o se activó el número de rastreo.

Videos, Pictures and item list were sent, we received a reply to wait 60-90 days. We have waited 5 months with no answer. We paid for insurance, and they don't want to be liable for anything, the insurance won't even cover half of it but at least pay the insurance amount. Customer services reps don't have an answer, no one wants to be responsible for theft. Again at least take ownership and paid insurance
