Incredible place to work or relax or talk with a friend. Very cool vibe. Had their specialty latte, onyx delight, and it's pretty sweet with honey etc. If you like sweet, try it! It's creamy and the coffee has a nice flavor. The person who took my order was very kind and helpful!

Onyx couldn't have made a cuter store. All the details are very well thought out and there's surprises everywhere (like the floor by the register). The employees are knowledgeable and helpful which I appreciate especially at a coffee shop. I definitely spent a lot of money on their merch and have no shame! I unfortunately had to take off two stars because they got rid of the Onyx shake and the replacement was weird. The Onyx shake was something I traveled from texas to Arkansas to get several times a year. And as a chocolate lover there wasn't anything else on the menu really for me. The oat shake is fine. The large oat clusters are odd in a drink but tasted good when I spooned them out. I really enjoyed my breakfast croissant but it's tiny with a full sized entree price. I'd order it again but not when I'm really hungry. Onyx shops are sooo cute and fun, with good customer service and good food/drinks. Just extremely disappointed in their decision to completely remove the onyx shake.

Stopped in to Onyx at the recommendation of local friends. Tried the pistachio milk latte - super delicious!

One of the cutest coffee shops I've seen! It makes sense this place is in an art museum! The design of the shop is really cute and I love the conveyor belt! Makes the experience so unique and one of a kind! I got one of their spring seasonal drinks. I forgot the name but it was an earl gray tea with coconut creme cold foam. It kind of tasted like chai. It was delicious!

Before the pandemic hit, I visited this new Onyx location in the Momentary and the quality is on par with their other locations. The pink terrazzo is a unique architectural feature that makes for a good photo location but the coffee and service is fantastic. Their onyx delight is always my favorite and I can't wait to go back again in person.

This place is always buzzing! Morning and afternoon hang out for a small coffee, smoothies or a variety of the things in the menu. Got the avocado toast and an organic raw smoothie that is fantastic. Good place to stop by with friendly faces behind the counter!

Best coffee in Northwest Arkansas. Good vibes and good service. Their iced mocha is always spot on.

Food and coffee is good but you have to put up with the condescending attitudes of some of the staff. They just don't make you feel welcome.

Emerging into this wooden sanctuary feels like stepping straight into the mossy, ethereal universe of folklore and evermore. Before finding this respite, I felt like I was an old cardigan under someone's bed, but the crisp air instantly breathes life back into my weary bones. It is a marvel humbled by the canopy. They were perfecting mushroom coffee long before the trend, crafting an earthy brew that grounds you to the soil. The baristas master their craft with a warmth that proves they never be so clever, you forget to be kind. Astonishingly, even the restrooms conjure the pristine, rugged charm of a national park in the best possible way! Others try to fake this rustic magic, but I think I've seen this film before, and I didn't like the ending. Here, authenticity is firmly rooted in the trees. In my American Literature course, I challenge my students to analyze the experience of place. Airship is the living embodiment of that literary device, a poetic escape where the environment shapes the soul.

Tucked away in Bentonville,…read morethis sanctuary feels removed from the clamor, a quiet refuge where you are entirely out of town yet perfectly in it. Airship is the undisputed original architect of the third wave coffee movement here, fiercely rooted in Bentonville and untethered from Fayetteville. It is a space steeped in the deep, untamed well of Northwest Arkansas history. Like a good Hemingway sentence, this place is stripped of all unnecessary noise, leaving only what is true and essential. I am a coffee traveler, wandering the globe seeking the perfect cup, and I say with absolute conviction that this location belongs in my global top ten. The pour overs here are a revelation, unmasked by pretense and meant to be savored black. It is a far superior experience to the polished, urban spectacle of Onyx. Airship delivers a profoundly better cup at a more affordable price, remaining firmly grounded in the down-to-earth soul of the craft. It is quality without the theater, a genuinely superior communion between water and bean in every conceivable way. The people breathing life into this operation are the true keepers of the flame. The staff possesses staggering knowledge of their trade, yet they carry it with the kind, friendly, unassuming grace of old friends. They are professional but wonderfully unpretentious, serving perfection with a rebellious, poetic warmth reminiscent of Patti Smith. They do not preach to you about the roast; they simply offer their craft as a gift, recognizing a fellow seeker across the counter. In a world rapidly losing its anchor to authenticity, Airship at the Pump House is damn near perfection. Mark Twain once wrote that you cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus, but here, the vision of what coffee should be is crystal clear. It is a rare haven for purists who know the finest things are the least adorned. You will not find a more honest cup of coffee anywhere, making it an absolute triumph of substance that I will return to as long as the rivers run.
