I have been going here for about 3 years and it was delicious. The owner is such a sweet heart but I am sad to say the last coup of times the boba has had no real taste, very bland. At first I thought maybe it was just mine but no I ordered three drinks and all of them had bland flavor boba and then I came back a month later and the same thing. Not sure what happened . What a rare and unexpected find in the middle of Arkansas of all places!! Drove through Fayetteville and was craving a drink and thanks to Yelp, Leaf Tea House came up. The location isn't the best because it is hiding. behind other business, but it was easy to find because it is in a spacious shopping center. First impression was how clean and large the inside was. A great spot to hang out or study for sure. I was greeted by a young girl behind the counter and she was very sweet and kind while explaining all the options and different drinks they offered. Her dad was the one right in the back making all the drinks. We ordered the green milk tea and the avocado smoothies both with tapioca pearl boba. Soooo delicious! I was so shocked. Good balance on the sweetness and tea and the pearls were perfectly cooked. The avocado smoothie was also very fresh with real avocado used. This place is definitely how a boba tea and smoothie shop should be ran. Fresh brewed teas, amazing customer service, clean and spacious, and real quality ingredients in their drinks. If ever in the area or driving through, definitely worth dropping by. read more

This was a great place to visit for a sweet treat. They have hot and cold teas, coffee and of course the infamous BoBo tea. I had the Vietnamese coffee which was black coffee and sweetened condensed milk. It was a little sweet for me but if you like sweet you will like this choice! My Daughter had the strawberry slushy with strawberry poppers. She loved it and gives it 5 stars.... ha! They are doing takeout only during this covid season but we look forward to going back when we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere and some Macaroons! read more

I was so excited to get the Rose milk tea with boba today, and the man making my tea picked his nose more than once while behind the counter making my tea, and did not wash his hands. I am so disgusted that I can't even drink the tea now. I also just paid over 5 dollars for a tea I can't drink now, and left a tip after paying because it was before any of this happened. I would give this place 4 stars for the quality drinks. The reason I give it 2 is because the service is awful. The girl with glasses and short black hair at the register is Incredibly rude. It was our first time visiting and excited to try a new boba spot! We asked questioned about the types of drinks, and she made us feel stupid for even asking. This place has the worst macarons I've ever had in my life. They were brick hard. On top of it being 80 degrees in the restaurant and the customer service was terrible. The girl at the register didn't know anything about what she was selling and when I came back to tell them my macarons were hard and gross they said there is nothing they can do but maybe but it in the microwave. And I just read how rude and nasty the owner was to someone else who left a review so definitely disgusted by that and no wonder the place was so empty. The "manager" kept talking in circles and told me no one has complained about the macarons before as if I was lying. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

I was a regular here when I was pregnant with my daughter. (And when I say regular, I mean every other day for 7 months) I always ordered a peach oolong tea with boba. (My pregnancy craving) Granted my visits declined after I had my daughter and it has probably been 6 or 7 months since my last visit. But after today I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I tried to order my tea and was told that I could not order it that way, that I could only add flavor to green tea. I asked when that changed. They said it has always been that way... When I told them that is how I always ordered in the past. He said no it's not. The shop was neat inside and they offer a large variety of specialty teas and drinks. It's not the friendliest place but I am telling you their thai Bobo tea will haunt you. The place was nice and there was one person working, I waited in line for 30 mins (no lie) maybe a little more, bc she was the only one working. Not her fault at all, she tired so hard to work fast. Three people in front of me had several orders each, I stayed bc it's been a year since I had boba tea, I usually get them from San Francisco where I work and live part time in sfo but live in Arkansas and was excited to see that we had them here, unfortunately she couldn't sub my drink I wanted non fat milk instead of whole milk and she said "they don't do that with boba teas, they don't make them like that and that's not how you make bobas teas" I said that's fine, and continued on, but FYI they do in California I've never had any issues anywhere else either except my home state of getting non fat milk. In the west they make boba teas or any teas the way you want them, I know NWA is thinking they are like the West but far from it. Lol anyways, She was very sweet & was working really hard and it was a good thai tea, regardless. I feel however when someone is swapped like that she should have help, bc there were several others that came in after I left, it's like she couldn't take a break. I did tip her well for the hard work. The Company needs to know their workflow so they can staff appropriately. read more

I used to frequent here a lot, they used to have a couch in store and that was my favorite place to sit. They recently sold it so no more couch now and there's no cozy places to sit which is disappointing. They also raised prices somewhat recently due to supply changes which I'm fine with, but they also stoped selling the small size drinks and now only sell the regular size. The regular size is too much for me to drink and is too expensive for me to purchase comfortably. Had they kept the small size I wouldn't have any issues. Overall the staff here is usually really friendly and fast, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, and I've always liked the drinks here. read more

I love this place! Their product tastes more natural than most bubble teas around and they have more milk and popping choices than most. Their prices are comparable to any bubble tea and I love their cute and tranquil cafe area. I have only ever experienced kind and patient service from the staff. The workers have no customer service skills whatsoever and act like they're put out and annoyed to make the drinks every time you order something. I tried to look past it for the great drinks but after today I don't think we'll be returning. The worker taking my order never said one word. I've never been greeted with a hello when walking except for ONE TIME. Today, it was 2 workers who didn't speak and the "manager" I assume just sitting on his computer on the back who never even looked up. After our drinks were made, we were sitting there for at least 5 minutes not knowing our drinks were done because the workers never even called out the order. They were instead sitting on their phones. I would recommend finding another place with workers who treat you like an actual customer. read more

I was pleased to find they have sweetness options, much like boba places I've been to on the West Coast. I chose 50% sweetness on this menu, which fit my expectation. The classic milk tea was excellent, and tapioca (boba) were perfect. Some can be too chewy or dried out, these were flavorful with the right texture! This place is the bomb. The flavors of their teas are amazing. The service is friendly and the shop itself is decorated so modern and urban. The first time here, I ordered the oolong milk Tea with boba. It was amazing! Not too sweet and you could still taste the tea. I've tried other drinks too, like thai tea, almond milk Tea, rose milk Tea, etc. But I have to say, my favorite flavor is one of their newer ones.
