They rarely answer the phones and usually have the automated answering service pick up and say that they're closed, on a random Wednesday (NO HOLIDAY) at 2:55pm. But the automated message clearly says their office hours are mon-thurs 9-5 and alternate Friday's from 9-12pm. HA! That must be the best job ever for those office girls, they NEVER have to be at work. I wonder how they're even making money with those kind of hours, wow, 40 hrs a week much? . No but seriously, this whole office is terrible. From the long waits when you come in WITH an appointment to the 2 secs the doctor writes something on a piece of paper and charges you $140 for a visit . Good luck

She was so great my first visit with her that I've often wondered whe she would be back. She is so personal with you as in making you feel very comfortable with explaining your concerns with her. She always print out the information to support every diagnose given. If we had more doctors like her you would get the truth from your patients. You would'nt feel that your personal buisness will be shared in the break rooms. I love having MS/MRS/ DR Cassandra Edwards being my doctor and wish she was there for ALL of my visits. It's never a dull visit. She knows your name, your kids, how your family is doing, so personable! Her staff are always nice and she actual customizes your health plan by what works for your chemistry. Location/ office: The office is new. She changed suites and everything is brand new. Location is central in Conyers. Very east to get to. The only challenges are getting an appt and calling the right phone number. Because she changed suites, I think they have new phone numbers so save it when they call and you'll be alright lol

Completely unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful of a patient's time. When I finally got to the back, the provider rushed through the exam so fast it felt like she couldn't wait to leave the room. She didn't review any of the information I had already given the intake nurse, didn't acknowledge the symptoms I came in for, and didn't even mention my high blood pressure. I came in for a possible UTI, and instead of assessing anything properly, she asked one quick question and was practically out the door. I had to stop her myself to bring up my copper IUD and other important details she would've known if she had looked at my chart. Her lack of empathy, attention, and basic professionalism was infuriating. I genuinely don't feel like I was cared for at all. What makes it worse is that I paid $250 for this visit -- and honestly, I could have self-diagnosed and used WISP for a fraction of the cost and received better, more thoughtful care. The only positive part of the visit was the front desk staff and the intake nurse. Everyone else made this experience awful. I won't be returning. There is absolutely no reason a patient with a scheduled appointment should wait an hour with no communication or receive such careless, rushed medical care. I'll be choosing a different urgent care from now on.
