There is absolutely no comparison between Live Photobooth and other photo booth companies. It is so much better in so many ways. Melissa and Keith are wonderful to be around, extremely easy to work with and do an incredible job. They are kind and thoughtful, beyond talented, and really go above and beyond. You can tell they love what they do and love the people they photograph. I love that because it's a backdrop instead of a physical booth there's room for photos with a larger group of people (no trying to smoosh too many people into a photo booth) and they do an amazing job of capturing the moment. Some of my very favorite wedding photos are from live Photobooth. I have the fun silly moments with lots of props, but they also managed to capture some really sweet moments that I never expected. my grandmother passed away a couple of months after I got married and some of my favorite photos with her are ones taken at the photo booth. I don't think they would have been captured by a run of the mill photo booth company and I will treasure those images for the res of my life. I also love how the photos aren't taken automatically, but shot by an actual photographer. Their props are fun and well done and both the physical and digital photos are beautiful. I recommend them any time someone asks me for a photo booth recommendation.

Pat and Belinda are a joy to work with -- very prompt over email and always accessible by phone. Their son and daughter-in-law ran the photo booth, and they were at our venue at least 45 mins before their hired time to set up the booth. I had worked with Pat beforehand to design the welcome screen and the look of the film strips, it was very easy for me to design my own logo and have Pat transform it into their platform. (Well, it was easy for me, not sure how easy it was for Pat to hold up to my demands). The booth itself is pretty standard, I like that there are options for the guests to choose for color, black and white, and antique (although I think most of our guests chose color). The lag time between the photo countdown and the actual time it takes to take the shot takes some time getting used to, I think it might be better if there was a sound that went off at the exact moment the photo snapped. The photos printed crisp and sharp and it was worth the extra money to us to pay so everyone in the photo could get a print -- this is helpful for large group shots. I did love having the scrapbook that the attendants make specifically for the bride and groom -- i didn't think I would care about other people's photos but it was nice to look through them afterward. In addition, they posted the online gallery of our event super fast! We got an email with the link the very next day. For future brides or anyone planning an event -- this was a great photobooth that doesn't sacrifice quality with one of the lowest prices that we had seen around town. I initially reached out to Pat for information via email and he was very prompt with a response to my initial and my follow up queries. I worked with Geoff on our welcome screen and the logo for the photo print outs. Geoff also manned the photo booth and arrived to our venue with plenty of time to get set up beforehand. He was so quiet, I didn't even notice he had arrived. I looked up from dinner and there he was setting up! The photo booth is pretty standard other than the options for the guests to choose their photo preference (color, black/white, sepia). The choice of props was pretty good although I don't think it would hurt if they add to what they have eventually. We also purchased the scrapbook which I do recommend. It was fun to look through the photos and read the messages our guests left for us. The attendant did a great job putting it together and we were able to take it home with us that same evening. Memory Lane Photo Booth is a great group of people to work with. Very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Yes, those are all ways I've attempted to, at the very least, receive a quote from them. I have submitted inquiries with various bar service companies & each of them have had the professional curtesy of at least responding to inform me if they are booked.

Got married 09/2025. The day of our wedding it was drizzling on and off all day, followed by…read moreintense heat in between. The staff showed up on time and took decent getting ready pictures. I was excited that they were asking me questions and seemingly getting my responses on video. I liked how I thought they were setting things up with the videography. We took our bridal party photos and SOME photos with family. Prior to the wedding date we had a long phone conversation going over all the pictures my husband and I were wanting, and maybe it was just because we were overwhelmed with the heat, the rush of the day, or something else, but it seems like none of those pictures were taken that we wanted. We brought our dog halfway across town to have pictures with us and it seems like he's only in a couple. The reference pictures I sent to the photographer looked nothing like what was taken. I'm still upset that I don't have pictures with my in laws, my parents individually, my extended family, etc. The rain picked up right after our ceremony and while we were outside taking our landscape pictures. Given that this is a main selling point when they show their galleries, I was disappointed that we had seldom pictures and only one drone shot. Again though, the day was busy. But I wish they pushed us more to get more content, or even candids. Anything to preserve the day. Once dinner was over they asked us if we wanted to go back out and take more pictures but the light was gone and the party was starting. We didn't really want to leave our family waiting so we opted out. They got good footage of the party, and eventually let us know they were heading out for the night. A few days later we received our pictures which were for the most part great, apart from a few blurry and overexposed shots. A few weeks after that we got our videos-which is really where my disappointment sets in. Our compilation wedding video was very nice, no complaints there. The raw video of the ceremony however has major audio issues. The speech videos also have terrible audio, and some are missing. The videographer was kind enough to email me my speech to my mom, but again terrible audio. Given what we invested for the photos and video, I was let down. I still see content made by the company showing their dedication to getting the best for clients and am saddened that we didn't get that treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind but the quality of the pictures and video speaks for itself. Our DJ Tayzen however was incredible, did exactly what we asked, and was very interactive with us, asking questions and keeping us informed. Getting a hold of someone to even book was a pain as well. It took multiple emails and phone calls.
