I'm extremely picky about my nail shape, and he is sooooo meticulous every single time. He listens, he perfects, and he always delivers nails that make me feel confident and excited to show them off. There isn't a single design he can't pull off. Tommy does my feet, and I absolutely adore this woman. She is incredible at what she does and keeps me laughing the entire appointment. I'm super ticklish, yet she somehow manages to get every bit of dead skin off while still making the whole experience enjoyable. After all this time, these two feel like family. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! The nail tech was not friendly and rushed through my service. When I pointed out that my thumbnail was not shaped evenly like the rest of my nails, she seemed irritated that I asked her to fix it twice. What bothered me the most was that she over-sanded my natural nails and damaged my nail bed/enamel. Three weeks later, my nails are still growing back thin and weak, and I ended up cutting all of them because of the damage. I also asked the owner to explain the manicure service and what it included. After reviewing it, I realized the nail tech skipped steps such as lotion and the hand massage. Even after the owner brought it to her attention, she still refused to complete the service properly. As someone who lives only two minutes away, I really wanted to support this business, but I no longer feel valued or respected as an African American customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where professionalism, customer care, and respect are a priority.
