I went here in July 2026 for a pedicure. Beautiful atmosphere - truly gorgeous. I like that you can book an appointment online & even pre-select drink choices. But here's my problem - they didn't pay attention to my selections at all. I booked with a woman and they gave me a male technician - nothing wrong with that, just not what I asked for which was annoying. The guy that serviced me was also not great. I asked for a straw & he brought it to me holding it in his bare hands. He rushed through my service and didn't shape my toes at all until I said something - Im talking fully crooked toe nails from cutting them. I have been thinking of giving a RC location a chance for awhile now, but they always seem out of the way. However, I was in Dallas today and needed a manicure before an event, so I booked an appointment online for a gel manicure. The appointment was quickly accepted, so I headed over. Upon arrival to the area, the parking lot was under construction, so it was a bit challenging navigating around to find a spot. However, once parked, the shop was pretty easy to find. This location was busy, but they quickly check you in upon entering. The shop is a bit small, but there is plenty of seating to wait. I didn't wait long though before being called back. I was ordered a Vietnamese coffee off the drink menu which I thought was a cool touch. I've never seen that before, and I LOVE Vietnamese coffee! It was even served iced in a cute mug. Overall, the service was very good, with the nail tech taking his time and making sure everything looked good and had my approval. I would recommend RC based on this service, but would probably try another location in hopes there a bit more room between each chair. They give discounts for reviews posted in front of them to bury the real stuff. No one is going to give them less than a 5 star and then hold it up to show them and expect a discount still. Gone way down hill. Prices have sky rocketed and quality in the gutter. If you want to spend upwards of $300 on a dip manicure and gel pedicure that is subpar this is your place. A gorgeous location, definitely instagram worthy but not the best or friendly service. They use an iPad to check in customers and it's quite complicated so be careful to watch the prices. They seem to expect customers to know what they are doing. I have been going to Rose Couture for a couple of years now. Once I found Yuki I was hooked. She does an amazing job on my nails. Her attention to detail especially with my cuticles is stellar but that's not the only reason why she is worth all 5 stars. I am simple and do short gel nails but sometimes that's the hardest no where to hide mistakes. Never once since I've been with Yuki have I had an issue with polish being clumpy, chipping or great table side manner. She listens, hears & follows through as you ask. Of course I need to mention the front desk, they are extremely friendly and always willing to help whether it be with booking, choosing a nail colors or finding something similar if need be. A solid 5 star for the massage services that come with mani and/or pedi services (certain ones). A 3 1/2 starts for price as they are super expensive. This place is very well kept and welcoming. It is imperative that you make an appointment as I witnessed walk-ins be turned away. My girlfriend and I made appointments in advance which by the way requires a deposit (credit card). I enjoyed my services both mani & pedi with the shoulder and back massage and calf massage. The cost associated is up there but you do get great service in a plane that appears clean and well kept. I just know from experience that there are places as well kept and exceptional service for less which is why I can't give 5 stars. I love coming here when I want to feel refreshed and feminine since nearly everything inside is pink. They are almost always able to get you seated quickly but you can also make an appt-- just make sure you check in when you arrive to avoid unnecessary waiting. Every tech that has helped me has been skilled and did a nice job on my nails. Johny did a great job on the gel French tip on my natural nails and we did a chrome add on which really made them look 2X prettier. I loved them! I switched nail techs (Kayden is THE BEST) and appreciate how he respects my time and produces the look/ design I was going for every time.
