I needed a place close to my hotel, and this one ended up being just about a mile away, really convenient. I checked the reviews and they were amazing. I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel. I had to wait over an hour after they told me it would be 30-45 min. They first told me I couldn't do what I wanted because "it wouldn't look good" even though it's what i've always gotten. Finally I just went with what they said which was acrylic nails. It costed way too much money compared to other places. Don't recommend. read more

I have been getting my nails done for about 12 years now in Dallas, and I've never found a salon that did such a good job that I wanted to go back to... until I found Lavender nails! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. The guys at the front are awesome and helpful and pair you with the right technicians to help you reach your nail goals. If anything is ever wrong they always make it right and have awesome customer service. The shop is very clean and I've had great experiences with both Hanna and Kara doing my nails (photos are by Kara). In this photo she perfectly executed an acrylic manicure with chrome powder. Lavender Nails has been my nail shop for the last two years, and after moving out of state two months ago, I couldn't wait to come back and let me tell you, it was so worth the wait! The level of care, attention to detail, and consistency here is unmatched. From the moment I walked back in, I felt like I was home. The staff remembered me, welcomed me with such warmth, and made sure I left feeling pampered and polished (literally!). My nails always come out flawless whether it's a simple gel set or something more intricate, they nail it every time. Clean shop, relaxing vibes, and top-notch service. I've yet to try other places in my new city, but I'm sure nothing compares to the Lavender Nails experience. So yes, I will gladly book a flight and an appointment just to get my nails done here. Love Lavendar Nails. Love the staff. They're kind and attentive. It's very cozy in there and my nail tech is super good with shaping and designs. I get dip on my real nails so the shaping is important to me and she nails it everytime. They also offer drinks and they have nice music and tvs all around the place. It's usually on HGTV which I actually enjoy lol. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. They made me wait over an hour with an appointment. The lady doing my nails automatically put builder gel on my nails and then told me before putting my gel on that it would be $105. I didn't agree to the upsell so I asked to speak with the manager and he was extremely rude/unhelpful. It's not okay to do something extra without asking and saying how much it will be. *My nails have also peeled within a week*. read more

I really enjoyed my experience! Ruby was so sweet and did an excellent job with my pedicure and addressing my concerns (dry heel, etc.). I got to enjoy a lychee martini, which tasted great, and really got to relax. My feet and legs feel amazing after the treatment and paraffin wax! I made an appointment and when I arrived I was sat right on time and my service started right away. I liked their timeliness and the front staff was also friendly! read more

Update: I'm very disappointed. My nails didn't even last a few days before they started lifting and once I took them off my enamel underneath was so brittle and drilled down. I don't believe they knew what they were doing and I honestly which they would've just let me know that so that I could've gone somewhere else. That was $85 that I wasted on a service that I could have and probably should have done myself. read more

Came in for a walk in appointment and was immediately taken care of. This place is clean and classy and everyone is nice. Melissa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I got a gel manicure with French tip on my real nails and not only did the French turn out beautiful, she really took attention to the actual manicure, fixing my cuticles and everything. Got my nails (dip) mid day Saturday, next day some already were breaking off and chipping. Went to redo the top dip layer for two nails, by Friday another nail completely broke off and two more are chipped on edges, the dip is separating from my nails not sure if the technique is bad or the stuff they use. The atmosphere here is nice, vibrant, modern and extremely comfortable. Professional atmosphere and they even provide alcoholic beverages. I enjoyed the atmosphere, I was a walk in so I just had the first available person do my nails and toes. I had one lady do my toes while another young lady did my nails. Overall it was decent, nothing to brag about. The service was good but the quality of the technicians was a C-. The lady who did my toes cut me and didn't clean my nail cuticles very good. I would come here again but I would ask for one of the more top notch technicians to service me. Never the less I give this spot 3 stars bc the ambiance was GREAT! read more

Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Of course, I chose this salon based on the high reviews and to my delight, it was obvious that these reviews were earned and not by luck or solicitation. My tech was a man (the only one there), I have no idea what anyone is complaining about because he knew exactly what he was doing. Efficient and quick, just how I like it. I highly recommend this place as the service I received was awesome, and most importantly I was very happy with my pedicure! Thank you, I will be back again! :)

After months of overall good experiences at this nail spa, I had one technician who was very rough, in all the ways. Grabbed my ankle too roughly, pushed too hard on the massage, cut the nails too cavalierly while holding a death grip on my foot. I told him once that it was painful. He changed not at all. I mentioned to Kailey that I didn't want that particular technician again and why. She told me she'd take note of it. The next time I went there (with a friend) she told me she remembered that I needed a "delicate touch," which I don't. Just a normal touch would be fine. She gave my friend the rough guy. My friend audibly gasped when he grabbed her ankle. Okayyyy, so it's not just me. Later I was talking about this experience to another friend and before I described the tech in question, she was able to do so. She knew exactly who he was, be cause she had had the same experience. Finally, this very last time I went there, Kailey joked with my friend that I was late (I was exactly on time), and then she AGAIN told my tech that I really needed a delicate touch. I said "Nope. Just normal, please. Been getting pedicures for 30 years and only ever complained about one tech." After the pedicure, while my friend payed her bill, I went to the restroom. While I was in there, Kailey told my friend "And now we wait for the Queen." Ok, game over. I don't like my spa services with a side of passive aggression. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely LOVE this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered. My nails always turn out flawless--whether it's a simple manicure or a more detailed design. The quality of their work is amazing, and they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Not to mention, the salon is always clean, calm, and beautifully organized.
