I needed a place close to my hotel, and this one ended up being just about a mile away, really convenient. I checked the reviews and they were amazing. I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel. Asked for a basic refill no color just based with Henry trying to rush me out . Two different nail techs wants to give me a pedicure. Financially that would make sense within timing. However during around trying them no availability for eye brow waxing or a basic pedicure. Over charged me 55 plus tip for this.... prob not a return. And my nails shouldn't have broken in less than a week 1/2 read more

I had to wait over an hour after they told me it would be 30-45 min. They first told me I couldn't do what I wanted because "it wouldn't look good" even though it's what i've always gotten. Finally I just went with what they said which was acrylic nails. It costed way too much money compared to other places. Don't recommend. read more

I have been getting my nails done for about 12 years now in Dallas, and I've never found a salon that did such a good job that I wanted to go back to... until I found Lavender nails! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. The guys at the front are awesome and helpful and pair you with the right technicians to help you reach your nail goals. If anything is ever wrong they always make it right and have awesome customer service. The shop is very clean and I've had great experiences with both Hanna and Kara doing my nails (photos are by Kara). In this photo she perfectly executed an acrylic manicure with chrome powder. They also are great at doing any designs you might want. I love getting pedicures as well and I will be a customer for a long time! read more

Lavender Nails has been my nail shop for the last two years, and after moving out of state two months ago, I couldn't wait to come back and let me tell you, it was so worth the wait! The level of care, attention to detail, and consistency here is unmatched. From the moment I walked back in, I felt like I was home. The staff remembered me, welcomed me with such warmth, and made sure I left feeling pampered and polished (literally!). My nails always come out flawless whether it's a simple gel set or something more intricate, they nail it every time. Clean shop, relaxing vibes, and top-notch service. I've yet to try other places in my new city, but I'm sure nothing compares to the Lavender Nails experience. So yes, I will gladly book a flight and an appointment just to get my nails done here. Love Lavendar Nails. Love the staff. They're kind and attentive. It's very cozy in there and my nail tech is super good with shaping and designs. I get dip on my real nails so the shaping is important to me and she nails it everytime. They also offer drinks and they have nice music and tvs all around the place. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. They made me wait over an hour with an appointment. The lady doing my nails automatically put builder gel on my nails and then told me before putting my gel on that it would be $105. I didn't agree to the upsell so I asked to speak with the manager and he was extremely rude/unhelpful. It's not okay to do something extra without asking and saying how much it will be. *My nails have also peeled within a week*. read more

I really enjoyed my experience! Ruby was so sweet and did an excellent job with my pedicure and addressing my concerns (dry heel, etc.). I got to enjoy a lychee martini, which tasted great, and really got to relax. My feet and legs feel amazing after the treatment and paraffin wax! I made an appointment and when I arrived I was sat right on time and my service started right away. I liked their timeliness and the front staff was also friendly! read more

Update: I'm very disappointed. My nails didn't even last a few days before they started lifting and once I took them off my enamel underneath was so brittle and drilled down. I don't believe they knew what they were doing and I honestly which they would've just let me know that so that I could've gone somewhere else. That was $85 that I wasted on a service that I could have and probably should have done myself. read more

Came in for a walk in appointment and was immediately taken care of. This place is clean and classy and everyone is nice. Melissa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I got a gel manicure with French tip on my real nails and not only did the French turn out beautiful, she really took attention to the actual manicure, fixing my cuticles and everything. Got my nails (dip) mid day Saturday, next day some already were breaking off and chipping. Went to redo the top dip layer for two nails, by Friday another nail completely broke off and two more are chipped on edges, the dip is separating from my nails not sure if the technique is bad or the stuff they use. The atmosphere here is nice, vibrant, modern and extremely comfortable. Professional atmosphere and they even provide alcoholic beverages. I enjoyed the atmosphere, I was a walk in so I just had the first available person do my nails and toes. I had one lady do my toes while another young lady did my nails. Overall it was decent, nothing to brag about. The service was good but the quality of the technicians was a C-. The lady who did my toes cut me and didn't clean my nail cuticles very good. I would come here again but I would ask for one of the more top notch technicians to service me. Never the less I give this spot 3 stars bc the ambiance was GREAT! read more

Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back.

While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. The service is excellent--the staff genuinely goes out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want and leave completely happy. The quality is unmatched. They have the standard massage chairs. You can use the remote to turn in the back massage while they work on your feet and hands. The arm rests flip up so that you can easily get into your seat despite the basin at the base of your chair. They have a laminated menu that explains each procedure and has the prices listed. This makes it convenient for you to decide exactly which services you are interested in receiving. Plus, knowing the price up front prevents any confusion about how much you will owe. I'm always greeted upon entering the establishment. Unlike most people, I usually go with a clear coat. However, they are good about asking you which color polish you want. You can spend time studying the wall of color and let then know your decision. You can also choose different colors and types of polish for your feet and hands. They have a new video screen that was playing wonderful clips of 3D nail art. I enjoyed watching the clips while receiving my service and almost indulged in this creative fun. With Halloween approaching, a lot of the 3D nail art included nails looking like pumpkins, pumpkin patches, candy corn, monsters and ghosts. It was really inspiring to watch. Perhaps the next time I'm here, I will indulge. I had two technicians work on me at the same time. If I were in a hurry, this would be ideal, but I almost prefer one technician taking the time to do both my mani and pedi. It's so much more relaxing. It's uncomfortable when the two technicians are pulling and prodding on you in two different directions. Plus, if I have one person, the finished product is likely to be consistent and at least one of my limbs is likely to be dry. Today, neither were dry, but I thought they were. My fingernails were completely flubbed by the time I got home. I'll have to paint them again, but at least they are shaped and cleaned up. The man that works here is super nice. He said it is a family business and his mother-in-law worked on my mani. While she didn't speak English, he was kind enough to translate when I needed something.
