Super fast & thorough! I haven't gotten my eyebrows threaded in forever (at least 3 months) and she was so fast and did the best eyebrow threading I've had in while, if not ever. And the prices are unbeatable - eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing was $9 total, plus she went over my upper lip via threading to be extra thorough. If I lived around here, she'd be my go-to. Really fairly priced for all the services listed. I had eyebrow, chin and upper lid threading. All we're done very well. The only thing I'm used to at other places that I noticed didn't happen was having an application of aloe cream or something like that for afterwards. Visited this salon on the weekend for threading. It's a full service salon. One lady was working on a pedicure and another doing the threading. I just needed a clean up of my brows and for $4 you can't beat that. I decided to have my upper lip threaded and that was $3. Her prices and the reviews on Yelp actually made me decide to try the place as the lady I go to is always busy. She does offer other services like facials, waxing and henna. Het work didn't blow me away as in I needed a clean up. But no she was very thorough and explain everything she did to me. read more

She was alone and helped multiple customers very quickly and attended to me, she handled a rude and impatient customer who insisted she leave me and attend to her. Worst eyebrow place to try. I was recommended this place and it left me in tears. She didn't want to give me a minute to explain how I liked my brows. I walked out removing all my progress over the last 9 months I was growing them out. Extremely rude staff and unprofessional. Remember CHEAP IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. They do no sanitize their stations after each customer. YEA, even with covid and Monkey Pox going around. They use the SAME wax stick on multiple customers instead of using a new stick with each dip into the wax. So the likelihood of you having someone's skin particles on you are increased. This is the same for both face and body. I bet the wax is tainted. Imagine getting a Brazilian and they use an already used wax stick that's been on another persons private area and butt hole. DISGUSTING. They need to be reported because this can't be okay. I should not have to ask for you to use a new wax stick on me. It should be automatic. Not the mention the linen sheets in the wax rooms are nasty, stained and unwashed with visible hair stuck to it. And you're supposed to just lay on it. Attached is a picture of the facial threading and waxing station. They tried to use that same stick you see on me. After it had touch god knows how many people already. Urmi needs to do better and practice safer protocol. read more

DONT DO IT! I know the prices seem cheap but the hygiene level in this place is not worth it. The truth of the matter is this- yes, the people who work here are talented at what they do. But their nonchalant attitude towards hygiene compromises the health of everyone who decides to come in. I got my eyebrows threaded, an eyebrow tint, henna, and a body wax from here. I had VERY high hopes. However, when I went to get waxed the wrap they gave me still had sticky wax on it leading me to believe they just pass those on to the next guests without a care in the world. I do believe the wax is also reused on every guest as well, like a previous reviewer mentioned. And I believe the wax was placed and removed in such a haphazardly way that didn't care for direction of hair growth or other factors and that these are all things that have resulted in my body itching like crazy and me having nothing but ingrown hairs now. (I have been getting waxed for year elsewhere and waxing was actually my solution to an old ongoing battle with ingrown hairs so I KNOW this isn't just "my hair being thick" like the owner suggested to me) On to my henna, my henna design was beautiful and it shows that the women who did my design is fully capable of putting out beautiful work. But when it comes down to safety again I was given the choice of "instant henna" or just natural henna & I had never heard of such an instant version of henna so of course I asked questions all of which was just met with shrugs saying that there was no real difference and it just came down to preference. If you search instant henna page after page after page will warn you of the dangers and how these companies don't even disclose what goes into them and how that has resulted in permanent lesions for thousands of people....But they don't think that's an important enough factor to mention to me so I can make an INFORMED decision?! I went to this place a couple of weeks ago, first time here. I was impressed and felt like they took concerns very seriously. I was a few minutes late because I got turned around due to the street construction. It was a little crowded when I got there and didn't have to wait long in my car. I was treated very nicely and they were friendly. Both ladies were professional and cleaned very well in between clients.
