I found their wines (especially their reds) to be very enjoyable and Bob's ability to explain the intricacies of each varietal to be extraordinary. I enjoyed their wines so much after participating in a couple of tastings that I joined their wine guild where I receive discount specials on many bottles of wine for us to enjoy and complimentary tastings as well as other perks. For my money, the Vulcan and Apollo are my favorite red wines, which suits my palate quite wonderfully. Their rose and sparkling wines are additionally very good. They pair well with a variety of different foods for lunch and dinner. They have recently upgraded their tasting room located at the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club in Wellington, which comprises three intimate tasting rooms. Since I had a complimentary tasting to use recently, I took my wife there for the first of two celebrations we had scheduled for our dating anniversary (yes, we still celebrate those). We had sampled at least four wines including their bubbly, their rose, and their Mars red. Loren took good care of us, providing us with great charcuterie and cheese and different olive oil dippings with which to enjoy. She was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made our experience wonderful during our two hour tasting. We finished with some amaretto and truffles, which were also good and tasty. They have a lot of events they do on a monthly basis that are fun. I will definitely be taking advantage of them in 2024. So will my wife.

The wine specialist spoke about the wines and gave us a good education about the wine process. The venue is located in a guarded country club development. It was hard to find without specific directions. The room was intimate with all the tables beautifully set up with lots of various wine glasses, plates and silverware. The homemade bread was awesome. Unfortunately the wines weren't our cup of tea but it was nice to try different varieties- 3 whites and 3 reds. The appetizers were beautifully served variety of cheese, olives, cured meats, crackers and nuts. The homemade chocolate truffles were quite an indulgence. This is a nice place to have an event to network or entertain. The wine being sold is expensive. The staff helping to serve were amicable and efficient. This was a nice event to attend.

When I am on the…read moreinternet looking at liquor sites I have two main criteria which is 1) low prices and 2) Superior robust dunnage to make sure my liquor will make it safe and sound to Michigan. Sip tequila meets both of these criteria with flying colors. Using Wine searcher app I have found their prices to be among the lowest in the country where there packaging is second to none and very robust against any delivery man having a bad day (see my pictures). This is arguably the best packaging I have seen from any on line distributor where I buy a lot of liquor on line and have seen the full gambit of packaging , both good and bad. The other thin g of note is that being from Michigan it is hard to get some of the better tequila in Michigan as there are limited distributors in our state that carry the smaller/boutique brands. This business however carries a wide selection of what I refer to as the "Good Stuff" where I am able to get amongst other things my go to Blanco tequila, Cimmeron, which has beautiful agave forward notes with no additives that makes a top shelf Margarita! This liquor can not be found in Michigan where few stores will ship here but Sip Tequila does. Nice!!! Overall If you are looking for a wide variety of tequila brands to include the boutique brands, look no further than Sip Tequila. Definitely a go too store for all things tequila.

My friend and I did the wine tasting first. We had a great experience with Tyler; he was very knowledgeable about the wines, including those not on the tasting list. I appreciate the service he provided us. Vanessa..Vanessa is one of the top servers at the wine tasting bar in my opinion. She gave us some different things to try, like turning wine into a chocolate strawberry wine with two flavors. She was on the money. She gave top-tier services. Kemen's smile is always contagious when he is here. We call him the truffle expert. The service that he provides at the wine tasting as well is top tier. If you are ever there, ask for one of these tasters; I promise you won't be disappointed. After our tasting, we had dinner, and our waiter's name was Anastasia. Listen, we thought we were at Anastasia's family's house, and she had invited us to dinner. She went above and beyond the call to make sure our visit was excellent. When you go to eat lunch or Dinner, ask for her, and you will see just what I am talking about. Thank you to the amazing staff at this location.

The kind of selection where you can tell someone actually curates instead of just filling shelves. Dana knows her wines. Full stop. She lined up six different recommendations and every single one stood on its own. No filler pours, no "this one grows on you" nonsense. The Vermentino was crisp and stupidly easy to enjoy, and the Ca' Montebello was a standout. Balanced, interesting, and gone way too fast. The vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and refreshingly unpretentious. You can taste, ask questions, and actually enjoy the process without feeling rushed or talked down to. If you're deciding between this spot and the competition down the street, take the hint and come here.

Vibe: About one block from the beach, this place is hidden on the main road. Nice and cozy, there was still plenty of seating and for our group. Locals and regulars kept stopping by to speak with the owner and check out the wines available (or say hello to her pup). You can tell this is definitely a great place to kick back and relax with a good glass of wine. Wine: There was a very good selection of wines available. Reds, whites, rose, and even a few beers, there was something for everyone. My wife and I had a glass of white wine from New Zealand. The wine was perfect. Service: We met Dana the owner and were extremely well taken care of! She was knowledgeable with the wines and extremely happy to with anyone who walked in. Overall this place was perfect for a quick glass of wine off of the beach or a laid back hangout with locals. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone give this place a try!
