Made the loooong drive up to Stuart for a favorite band and Terra Fermata as the venue was about as good as it gets! Plenty of parking nearby, whether street, an empty field, or a lot around the corner. The pizza vendor near the front was our first stop and it was pretty damn tasty! Lots of seating and tables for people to sit and enjoy the music, plus a bar full of craft beers. Due to my bad knee, this is where I ended up sitting and the view was great. My bartender Tom was fast, efficient, friendly, and guided me toward a new sour I'd never tried before but loved. read more

Loved the venue but was way over charged. Thought i was buying $60 tickets for 2 to the Wheeland Brothers from the terra fermata website and ended up with charges over $200. I thought i was buying tickets from Event Brite which i did use for around $60. Then got a charge on my credit card from event center tickets for and additional $162. I never ordered or used these tickets. I called them and they refused to reimburse said i ordered them from their website. I ordered the ticket from the terra fermata website ... not Event Center Tickets. I then called my credit card company who refused to reimburse and sent an email to Terra Fermata with no response. Also tried to call them with no answer. Loved the venue and the band but $210 tickets is a large venue charge. I would never have bought the tickets at that price. read more

A great venue, great experience. I was happy to see a Cure tribute band I knew was good was coming close to South Florida, Stuart actually. It was a little North of us, so we made a weekend of it. We got to the venue a little early. It was a quick entry. Even though we were early it was a older crowd so alot of smart people were early too and grabbed the assortment of chairs. But it gave us a chance to wander a round a little bit. Its a great spot, it really feels like you're in a buddy's back yard. We got our drinks and a pretty good spot on the let side. The band was solid, and the acoustics of the place didn't hurt the sound at all. It was a nice summer night and both bands killed it. The price was right too, from the entry to the drinks. Add in a cool name and you got a place that we will come up to again for a solid band. read more

I came for a concert and received an experience. This is a nice relaxing atmosphere to hang out and listen to a good band. I didn't try any of the pizza, but I did have some of their locally sourced craft beers. I would recommend the oat milk stout. The stage may seem a little small, but it's definitely intimate. You can get right next to the band members as they're playing. The sound was a little loud at times, but it was well mixed. I can tell the sound engineer had good experience on his board and knew what he was doing. read more

What a chill experience here at Terra Fermata for the Shwayzeeeee concert. Beer, seltzers and wine is in the cocktail que, no booze for this boozy lil gal. Outside tables, fun lights, cool people with a dash of spliffs lit made the vibe non judgmental :)) Prices were reasonable, the bar quick, bathrooms are almost always an issue at most venues, this place is no exception. If you like an uber-casual, sand-floor-dancing music venue, this place is for you! Picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, a bar or two, sometimes vendors and snacks and tons of music. Palm trees, sparkly lights strung up, everyone sharing tables...you get the idea. Sometimes they have a food truck or snacks but you can BYO dinner or have something delivered to the gate if you need to eat. Have seen a number of bands here, mostly older hippie scene from what I've experienced. Have come here not knowing the band but the music has always been great! read more

This place is entirely outside and such a great live music venue. We went to see a cover band on a Saturday night. It cost $10 at the door. There was a large tent setup with fans under it. Nice addition in case it rains and the fans definitely help with warmer Florida nights. The stage is small but you can see it from almost anywhere you sit or stand. There's a long bar and the staff was very friendly and helped with explaining some of the beers and offering recommendations. Prices are normal for craft beer. To the left of the stage was a merchandise area but I wonder if it turns into an actual drink bar for bigger events. The bathroom I used was clean and had eclectic decor. I love the vibe and plan to come back for more shows in the future. Just wish it was closer to home! read more

I was literally asked to get up from the tiki table bc this Karen had her other Karen friends coming. I was with someone and didn't want to start something I would gladly finish so I got up and had some lovely words for her! What a great find. You walk through the ramshackle fence into what looks like a redneck's backyard littered with cast-off plastic and rusted metal folding chairs. The seating, such as it is, is uncomfortable, but the sound system is excellent, and the bar has a great selection of local craft beers on tap, including one of the best coconut porters I've tasted. The Tuesday night house band, The Nouveax Honkies, who played a two-hour show for tips, were so good it was surreal. Soooo disappointed. The garden art gone, filled with miss matched table and chairs. No more big beautiful trees. The lighting used to be cozy. Now it's oversized light bulbs that are unattractive. The clientele was very drunk. A drunk man screamed at his young boy, who i know should not have been there! The boy was crying. Then the mother started yelling and he proceeded to manhandle her. OMG! I went to security for assistance but they did nothing. We decided to leave. My husband and his friends were ready to say something but we knew that would not be good, so we left. On the way out, i asked security why he didn't do anything and he said, she knew what she was getting into, I know her! WOW!!! Such disrespect. Walked up to the bar, greeted by what I can only assume is a bouncer who checked our IDs, proceeded to tell 2 out of 5 of us who are 22-30 years old we need new IDs very rude and condescending and he can't technically serve us (yet continued to serve us) saying his buddy is a sheriff. Female bartender hollered over us asking if everything checked out and rushed us to order, couldn't give us the time of day. We ordered 5 drinks, paid and sat down to talk about how uncomfortable we were made. My personal favorite is "G13" an IPA by Sweetwater that provides "an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain." Lots of great local and national bands. We went and saw Moska Project last night at TF. The service at the bar was excellent, bartenders were fast and courteous. The atmosphere was great, people dancing, and people relaxing and comfortable chairs. My big complaint with this place is the lack of bathroom facilities. There is a long line for the two bathrooms available, both unisex bathrooms, both one hollers. The lack of bathroom facilities makes me cut down on my drinking, which is a loss of revenue for this establishment. They need to convert the shed storing chairs to a men's room that can hold two or three people at a time. Friend and I were in town for vacation, and thought we could actually get tiki drinks at this "tiki bar" (spoiler alert: you can't), so we mozied in on what was apparently open mic night. Eclectic crowd, half of which was trashed, so stay sharp. While tiki drinks weren't happening, the tap list is local and good. Some guy at the bar was going on about how pineapple cider is way better than IPA, so the bartender offered a local IPA w/ pineapple cider floater, and I gotta say that was pretty tasty. My friend got a measly pour of a sauv blanc, and between my beer and her wine, $16. Meh. You should have seen her wine, couldn't have been more than 6 oz. No food, but there was a taco truck out front. Manager (I think?) was a little too chatty with my friend, I didn't mind, but she did. He should have read her clues, and maybe would have, had he not been one of the drunk ones (if he wasn't drunk, then he was REALLY clueless). I mean TF is a chill place, a bit of a dive (in a good way), with cornhole and a big Jenga. I might come back if I were in the area, I doubt my friend will. Her loss.
