**INITIAL REVIEW** Initially, I found Frazier Creek Brewing and Distilling (which I will shorthand simply to Frazier Creek for the remainder of this review) through my adventuring, specifically the Treasure Coast Wine, Ale & Spirits Trail. Though not the first brewery in Martin County, it is the first "brewstillery" in which it serves as both a brewery and distillery. Wanting to check in at another location on the aforementioned trail, I have to say this place is pretty good, but since I went early afternoon (I work 3rd shift at the time), it isn't exactly the most active place to be at. And to be fair, the same goes for the other brewery I went to at this time (Ocean Republic). Ergo, this initial review will be based on a visit between noontime and 3 p.m. In short, too early to be at a brewery, but the only time I could go because of my working shift. Though an address is provided, Frazier Creek is located in Mayfair Plaza on US-1 (Federal Hwy.). If it helps, it is the business that seems to have a "watchtower" rising up from its entrance like a sentinal. Upon entering, you're greeted to a nice open space that hints this place was probably an extreme sporting goods vendor or business in its past. Why I say that? Because of all the decks on the wall used to highlight Frazier Creek's drink menu. I sat at the bar which was optimally observed by the cute bartender, and I understand why it was minimal as it was, as aforementioned, "too early to be in a brewery" and there were like only one or two more patrons inside besides me. Nevertheless, the bartender was attentive and gave me drinks based on how I was feeling at the time as well as the fact it was still early afternoon. So for me, lighter beers. I would not drink a heavy stout or IPA this "early" in the day. What I did have were three drinks they always have on tap, two alcoholic so I had them in 4 oz. tasters and one that was non-alcoholic so I had a regular 8 oz. glass. Must stress I was hitting up the locales in the Treasure Coast Wine, Spirit & Ale trail in Martin County so I can't get all happy at ONE location, right? I had the Stuart Shandy and Zero Gravity Sour in the 4 oz. tasters. The former had more of the grapefruit flavor over the lemonade flavor, but it was delightfully sour. As for the latter, I enjoyed that one more because I prefer oranges as my citrus of choice. And to "fill in the gap" without having too much alcohol since I would be drinking mead next (Hani Honey Co.), I had their root beer, too. That was good too, but I am more of a cream soda kind of guy, and since sugar is in everything, I have a thing for Olipop, Virgil's, and Poppi flavors. So far, not one brewery has made a sugar free root beer (yet). As for the last part of food and drink, there was no formal food menu I saw, but they did have either a collaboration or something "in house" outside of the actual brewery and distillery was served for food: fish dip. There were two versions I got, and I ate one with Ritz crackers at the bar. Fantastic. Definitely home made and independent given the price point, but I am more than willing to pay to help support it. As for the other dip, it was good too once I opened and finished it back home. On a sidenote, the restrooms - at least the men's restroom - was decently clean and stocked. Nothing out of the norm. Given the fact I showed up during a time I don't expect the full service and experience Frazier Creek has to offer, I can only rate my visit(s) for what they offer at the time I went which is three out of five stars. Now I must stress that is actually not bad as they hit all the main points on serving a customer during a time when they are "down" and "slow." I don't expect them, or any brewery/distillery/meadery/etc. to bend over backwards for me when I show up at 1 p.m. on a weekday. But I will also say that for many places, doing just the basics is a chore during that time, so the fact Frazier Creek did, I applaud you all. Now that I am working a normal schedule, I can truly come by during your peak hours and see what Frazier Creek has to offer. I did see they were preparing for a cornhole tournament when I left, and I would have loved to stay to smash the competition, but a las, responsibilities over pleasure when in the midst of a workweek. If Frazier Creek is consistent with what they provided during the early afternoon, plus whatever they do during their peak hours, I'll definitely update this review. read more

Wish I knew about this when I moved to the area! Great place to bring a group of friends or stop in for a quick drink. Bartenders were super friendly as well and gave a nice walkthrough of what they had to offer on the menu as well. The food service is rather limited but still available as you can read in other reviews but I believe they allow outside food but also check with them first to be respectful of course. Other than that I'm definitely adding this to my place to bring my friends and family when they visit Stuart. read more

We stopped in Saturday afternoon for a flight after our Uber driver recommend the spot. Overall the beers were pretty average, but there was a wide variety of styles to choose from. They also have a nice cocktail menu and THC drinks if that's your preference. Staff were very attentive and friendly, & knowledgeable about the beer and the area in general. We plan on visiting again for one of their many evening events nights. read more

We have been to Frasier Creek brewery a couple of times and have always really enjoyed ourselves. We went this past weekend on a Saturday night for a birthday party. The place was not very busy for Saturday night, but as always, it had a really great atmosphere. There's always lots of beers, sours, and seltzers on tap. they also have a full bar in the adjacent room. I ordered a cocktail from there, but it was not nearly as good as the seltzers and the beers. . We have also been here for some of their theme nights, which are super fun. It's so great to have a brewery like this in Stuart, and I really hope it's successful. Some of the nights we have been here, they have had food trucks, but they did not on this night. I had the strawberry seltzer which was delicious and.a strawberry milkshake sour which was also very good but very sweet. read more

Tried here today for the first time. I stopped here a few months ago with my dog and was sad to learn upon walking up to the door that they are NOT dog-friendly (even outdoors). So I couldn't try it then. Big bummer as my pup loves hanging at a good brewery. Anyway, the tap list today had so many great sounding brews I had to get a flight. I got the Confusion Corner Wheat (citrusy, crisp, and light), Peach Hefe (super sweet and refreshing), Hibiscus IPA (very hoppy, lots of amber notes with a nice tanginess from the flower), All Aboard IPA (legit a perfect West Coast IPA), and the Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Pumpkin Ale (phenomenal!). What a variety of different styles of beer. If you can't find something here then you didn't see their entire draft list. I had a west coast ipa, a Turkish coffee porter, and a strawberry milkshake sour. All 3 beers were very good. They weren't too busy (Sunday evening) so I got to talk to Kyle the bartender who knew a lot about music and bars in the local area and Shane who was the GM who was great to talk to. I highly recommend coming here. I'm not a big liquor drinker but they do distill a lot of their own liquor and if it's anything like their beer, it'll be very good. Cheers read more

The good: went on a Friday night, it was not too crowed. We took a seat at the bar. Currently there are not any menus, I think he said they were getting new ones made, so we had to look at the digital menu on the wall behind us which was a little inconvenient, I ordered a pint of the pineapple confusion. It was good but definitely a beer that I could drink only one of. You could actually taste the pineapple which was pleasant. Large space with plenty of room to come with a group of friends. The weird: they served pretzels from a communal bag that the bartenders were eating out of for bar snacks. Idk, it was a little weird. Did I eat some? Yes. Don't judge me. There was also a rope partition off the bar for a line to form. It made it a little confusing for us. Do you have to get in the line for beer even if you're sitting at the bar? Apparently not since we were served at the bar. Idk if it's for the people who are sitting at the high tops to order? FYI: If you want food instead of shared snacks, there is a food truck outside. My husband and I have been here twice so far. He loves breweries and it's always great to find one that's so kid friendly. We're new to the area (and so is this place) but we're happy to discover this spot. They are always posting fun events on FB and we recently stopped by for their Touch-a-Truck (Stuart Fire Department dropped in) and Santa Visit this past weekend. It had a great turnout. So many families showed up for all the festivities. They had lots of activities for kids and a little play area for the small one as well. There were complementary snacks and water and lots of cute photo spots and decor. It's a very large brewery so you won't feel cramped, even when it's super busy. The only thing missing is a solid food menu. If you haven't stopped in to check it out, do yourself a favor and come by to see what special event they have going on! read more

If you're looking for a chill place to hang out and have some good craft beers and spirits, you should definitely go toFrazier Creek Brewing. The beer side is wide open and bright. No dark smokey rooms that smell of missed opportunities and despair here. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They attended to our table so the beer glasses never overwhelmed us. That was definitely a good thing because the craft beers were....hoppin. If you like light citrus beers, I recommend the Shandy. I didn't get a chance to try the spirits, but the distillery room while smaller, felt inviting and cozy. They didnt have food aside from some bar snacks, but they have a lot of menus from local places that will deliver to you. My wife and I will definitely be back and will bring friends. read more

9/3/2023. Decided to try this brewery and we we delighted we did. They have a nice selection of brews, we first tried a flight and then decided on the one we liked best. This place is beautiful inside, they definitely put a lot of money and thought into the design. The service too was outstanding. The only reason for the 4 star is they don't serve food. So if you're just looking to drink I highly recommend Frazier Creek. read more

An asset to Stuart, Fla. solid drinks and beers and nice atmosphere and friendly staff. With the exception of the Florida state requirement that forces a brewery/distillery to separate the customers drinking beer from those drinking liquor in separate rooms. If you look at various states' alcohol serving requirements, meaning the quirky rules that some have, you can usually understand why they were created decades or centuries ago. But I can't figure out the reasoning for this one ever existing. read more

Visited Fraser Creek brewing for the first time last night. What a great place, good music, awesome selection of brews, fantastic, friendly service. I like the fact that they offer three sizes of glasses for each brew. I started out tonight with a flight of six and I have to say that I enjoyed each and every one. my favorite was the BBA coffee stout. What great flavors, a little coffee, a little chocolate and aged in bourbon barrels. Definitely plan on visiting this establishment again, and bringing more friends. Just be aware that there is no food served, just some snacks. Although I have heard that they normally have a food truck outside, last night several people had brought in pizzas and other snacks from the nearby Wawa. If you like beer, and who doesn't, put this on your places to go. read more

4.5 stars! really enjoyed our time there. Came on a Saturday night as part of stop 1 of 3 places for the night with the wife. Bellied up to the bar (1st timers) and was greeted by super friendly Bella. Bella walked us through how to pick flights (just no cool serving board...yet). Bella explained the two sides of the place. Great place for craft beers and or craft cocktails. The customer service and knowledge of craft beer is on point. One of my favorite things about this place is that all ingredients are natural, no artificial flavors and the make everything in house. The ambiance is very nice and friendly. Great location. Amazing bartenders. Drinks were good. They make their own gin, rum and vodka. Its really strong but the bartenders are very creative and will make great drinks. Rum & root beer was a hit also the blackberry and vodka do not forget to try the cucumber and gin. The beer was great especially for a new brewery. You can not take your drinks to the beer side. WOW what a hidden gem. Stopped in for the first time on a sat night. The place was pretty busy however very spacious with multiple seating arrangements. The crowd was mellow, they had live music, great TV's and everyone was on point. Staff was very knowledgeable, quick and pleasant. They have a food truck where when not completely slammed brings the food to you, opens the box and goes over all of it with you to make sure it is correct and looks good. I met a couple of the owners a husband and wife that were absolutely amazing. Didn't buy me a drink or anything but instead spent the quality time to get to know me and make sure that everything was above satisfactory. The beer was excellent, music was great and the space is very clean, spacious and all walks of life are welcomed with open arms. What else can you expect or ask for from a local brewery. My wife and I will definitely return. Happy to see a local business open up and pay attention to everything going on around them And not just there pocket. Best of luck and we will 100% be back.
