The lettuce is just bagged shredded iceberg. Hard pass on this next time. The garlic bread is their hoagie bun, lightly coasted with some garlic spread. It's pretty blah, but only $2.50. It came with a cup of marinara, which was good for dipping. The pizza. Ah, the pizza. The dough is fantastic. It's thin, it's chewy, it's lightly charred. It's the best part of the pizza, as it should be. The sauce, toppings and cheese are there, the quantity sufficient, the quality OK, but all together just average. Granted we just got the pepperoni, so some of their other toppings might elevate their pizza. In summary I think the hype behind this place is grounded in the usual insular west siders protecting and promoting one of their own.
