When I got home, I saw that my eyebrow was partially missing where it shouldn't have been, but I waited until the next day to contact her. i decided to include a review here based on how she responded to me. There was no apology, no offer for a refund. Her first solution, was to "even out" my eyebrows by taking off portions of my left eyebrow 'to match' the missing right portion of my eyebrow. I said no. this made absolutely no sense. She would not admit to an error. She then offered a brow filler for me to use. She said my eyebrows would grow that is 'why people get them waxed every few weeks!'. I honestly do not think she understands the gravity of her error. I texted her again this week to let her how upset I was, but I received no response. I obviously will not be going back. She's been in business for quite some time and she was recommended to me. She seems to be a caring and conscientious person, but how she handled me and this error completely missed the mark. It was very unfortunate and of course upsetting. To be honest, I mentioned there was no offer of a refund earlier in this review, but a refund can't fix this. I think it was just more of the fact that there was not an understanding of how upsetting this was for me as her client.

The aftercare product that I bought, because I was convinced by Polly that I needed it, I did not need at all. It's basically some hyaluronic acid and a face cream at a cost of $150. You could buy hyaluronic acid and a calming skin care cream at a 1/4 of that price. Don't let her talk you into buying this "Aftercare" product kit. Not only is it highly overpriced, but she takes out one of the products and she never tells you about it. When I got home and opened up the product box, I saw there there was only 2 products in the box when actually there should have been 3 products in the box. I called Polly right away and her answer to me was that she already pulled one of the products and used it on my face. Polly did not know I was going to buy the products until after she put some type of aftercare treatment on my face in her office. Only when she was done putting on the aftercare products on my face (btw- she never disclosed what she was putting on my face and that is terrible because what if the product she's putting on your face you're allergic to, like I am allergic to hyaluronic acid, it is not a product for my face and it doesn't work well with my skin) she asked me if I wanted to buy the aftercare product kit, never stating that she already pulled one of the products out of the box. This is called a "BAIT and SWITCH" and a SCAM. WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! BY TAKING PRODUCTS OUT OF THE BOXES, BECAUSE SHE'S TOO CHEAP TO ACTUALLY BUY PRODUCTS FOR HER MEDICAL SPA TO USE ON CLIENTS. I told her I didn't want the product not only because I'm allergic to HA (and she never told me she was putting HA on my face) so I couldn't use the hyaluronic acid in the box so the products were of no use to me. Strike 1: taking a product out of a box that later she tries to sell to the customer and not inform the customer that she has taken one product out of the box that the customer is purchasing And Strike 2: does not ask if the customer is allergic to any of the products that are in the aftercare product box that she is selling. I drove back to her office and dropped the aftercare product box off and within a day she issued a refund BUT she shorted me on the full refund for the product. I don't think she knows how to do math!!!!!! And for not knowing how to do math that's pretty sad for an alleged businesswoman. I am warning any of you that might be thinking of going to her do not go to her. And to make matters worse she is not the only one that does the laser on your face she has a learning assistant and she lets the learning assistant basically practice with the laser on your face pretending that she's doing the laser treatment I wasn't going there to be a practice patient for an assistant I was paying for a laser treatment to be performed by a licensed experience person half of my face was done by Polly and the other half was done by her learning assistant. Polly does not disclose that she will be letting her assistant perform the laser on the other half of the face and be guided by Polly what to do. Also Polly never discloses that there is a 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card. That information is supposed to be disclosed, whether it's verbally by her or written somewhere in a policy of the business and displayed so that it can be seen clearly. THIS IS JUST UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. Again ladies don't go there there's so many things wrong with that business and what is going on there. I am sorry I ever went to her but I guess now I realize why she has to advertise on Facebook, It's because she does not have many clients and she needs the business. So my takeaway on this is don't trust businesses that advertises on Facebook, especially medical spas. Response to Polly. Your response is full of inaccuracies. 1) You do not disclose that there is a credit card payment surcharge. The customer only finds out when they see a higher charge from your establishment then what they were told is going to be charged the credit card. 2) you do not disclose that your assistant is actually going to be doing part of the treatment 3) you do not disclose that you have customersvas teaching tools for your assistants 4) you do not disclose that you are taking a product out of the box that you're trying to sell to the customer. You u don't tell them or mention that to them at all. Where is the transparency in all of the above? Your business has no transparency whatsoever. You might have gotten away with things in the past well it stops here and I will let everyone know of what you do and your underhanded ways of doing things
