Last time I dyed it was over 10 years ago and it was a nightmare experience. I had a hair stylist that used to cut my hair and she was amazing and it was so nice and relaxing to come in and chat with her and she knew my hair so I was hoping to get a similar reaction from this experience but I did not get it. Giana technically did a good job. My hair was balanced nicely. I did ask for caramel/honey coloring and it came out much lighter. I know this can be for several reasons and color is something that is dependent on how your hair reacts. But I just wish it had been like discussed like hey it's looking a lot lighter but it looks really good etc. Mostly there was no talking like at all throughout the appointment. I tried to make conversation and it just fell flat. I ended up just reading my book instead assuming maybe she just wasn't chatty but then she seemed chatty with the other stylists. When I was done she seemed like extremely happy to be done with me. She never even was like wow it looks so nice look how it came out. And she knew how apprehensive I was about the appointment coming in and that I had a previously horrendous experience. Also when I saw her after my appointment like while I was paying she seemed like 10x more energetic and happy so it was weird she just like really didn't like me I guess. ‍ So, technically it was done fine. But it wasn't a friendly experience. It was very mechanical and when I think of a salon I think of a friendly comfortable place that makes me feel welcome and this just did not have it. Now I gave it three stars because maybe she was having an off day or something. But I'll probably chose another salon for maintanence which is a bummer because I would have liked to keep the same one.

I had booked appointments for myself and my 3-year-old daughter--a dry style and a kids blowout--because we had a mother/daughter beach photo session scheduled. Unfortunately, due to a poor weather forecast, our photos were rescheduled to the following day. I called to see if it would be possible to move our appointments to Monday, but was told the salon is closed. I then asked if we could switch to other services, like pedicures or waxing, since getting our hair done before a day of swimming (on Monday) would be a complete waste of time and money, not to mention unnecessary heat styling. I was told only hair stylists were available and no alternatives could be offered. I also asked if I could receive a credit for a future appointment and still be charged that day, but this request was denied as well. I understand and respect the need for cancellation policies. However, these were two concurrent 30-minute appointments, and the complete lack of flexibility--even for a long-time, loyal client--was disappointing. I was told there were no exceptions and that I would be charged in full. As someone who has frequented this business for a decade, I would have hoped that loyalty might carry some weight. It feels short-sighted to risk losing a long-standing customer over two 30-minute services. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception, and I won't be returning to Cloud 10 in the future.

Christina (Tina's) is amazing!!!! I have had many types of extensions including beaded rows and she is the best! Her work is beautiful and reasonably priced. She continually goes above and beyond for her clients and truly cares about them and the integrity of their hair. Once you speak with her you will immediately know how professional and experienced she is with hair extensions. Christina will not install extensions if they are not in your best interest and could compromise the health of you hair. She is not out to only make money, but help women feel more beautiful and helps her clients to grow their own hair. She is very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in at the last minute as a first time client when I was having a "hair emergency." She always follows up and is more than happy to help if you ever have any issues. I could not recommend her more highly! read more

I moved back home from Atlanta and had been going to Tina's aunt Denise for four years for my extensions before moving. When I came home Denise had let me know that she was moving to Tampa indefinitely and handing her clients to her niece Tina. She trained her the exact same methods and finding her was a life saver!!!!! She is so talented with not just extensions but with all things hair related as well. I was researching IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions) stylists in south FL after having a pretty bad "first timer" experience with another stylist. Fed up after multiple visits to the alleged "dream weaver" to try to correct them from falling off my head and hurting me, I quit that salon and checked out the IBE Stylist Locator on the website. I decided that I was only going to to look for the best of the best this time, only stylists who have advanced training, because I knew these IBEs had the potential to make me feel super confident and beautiful. I just needed an expert. So I filtered on Master Technicians and Elite Artists and found my Sheila who was listed as the ONLY IBE ELITE STYLIST IN ALL OF SOUTH FLORIDA and, without hesitation, I contacted her. I had to attend an out of state wedding and really wanted my hair to be long, blonde and beautiful but figured with such short notice there would be no chance of getting an appointment. You can imagine my excitement and relief when Sheila got back to me right away and graciously squeezed me into her busy schedule for color and IBE move-up in the timeframe I needed. :) Holy moly guys, she nailed it! Not only did she secure the IBEs with superior stitching, which is super important, she also gave me the most beautiful blonde color I've ever had! And I've been coloring my hair since I was an awkward string bean of a teenager. This was the first time my blonde was blended near my hairline and not streaky and the color was warm and bright like a Cali beach babe. To top it off, Sheila is the sweetest, kindest person I've ever met and made me feel so comfortable (I can be a odd duck sometimes, ya know?) so the conversations and laughs just flowed. My hair wouldn't grow in the middle. I tried shampoos, vitamin supplements, treatments. Nothing really worked. The stress of not being able to figure it out or always having to wear clip ins wasn't helping. In Feb 2020 I got my first set of extensions and my confidence in the way my hair looked forever changed , so much so that my hair started growing between not stressing over it and the liquid collagen supplement I have been taking it worked, my hair was growing and getting fuller. The photos speak for themselves. The invisible bead method did not damage my hair at all, it didn't make me lose hair, my hair has gotten thicker and has grown so much. Nobody can tell I have extensions because the hair is great quality and blends perfectly with my own (texture and color) and the invisible bead method it's placed with is truly invisibile.
