I am so grateful that I found Melissa. I have been seeing her for a year now for extensions and receive so many compliments on them - she uses really high quality hair (which she takes the time to pick up for her clients) and no one can even tell that they are there! She truly cares about her clients. I have extremely fine, thinning hair which tangles extremely easily. I had gone months without seeing her (which you aren't supposed to do with extensions) and hadn't been taking care of my hair due to my intense work schedule. As a result, my hair became matted and I was terrified that I would have to cut it out. Melissa spent 2.5 hours removing my extensions (she recommended that I take a break) and combing out my matted hair and got it all out! She also uses paraben/sulfate-free products that won't damage your hair. I went in to Melissa a few weeks before my wedding. Having extremely fine hair, I wanted to have thicker & longer hair for my wedding & honeymoon.
