Alright, I really hate to be writing this review because I've been coming here for a long time now…read more(2 years) but it's been going downhill. I absolutely love their Carmel Mountain location, but I hate their Point Loma location. I've never had issues at Carmel Mountain, but I constantly have issues in Point Loma. I've repeatedly had issues with their website, allowing you to book on days that they are not open and their website hours on Google saying they're open even when they're not. I've contacted them multiple times about this, but the issue has never been resolved. I'll be honest this was one of the only places I have ever trusted to do my eyebrows and I had a great experience a handful of times I've been to Carmel Mountain. But they really need to get new management for the point Loma location. I know it is new, but that is not an excuse for how it is currently running. I've also heard other reviews from friends of mine saying that they will show up on time for their appointment and the staff is not there and has been up to 30 minutes late for their appointment. I hope to continue to be a customer because I do love the Carmel Valley location, but I really hope they can step it up in point Loma. Overall, I have a bad taste in my mouth from the poor experiences in PL.

I feel so valued as her client which is major. But the crème de la crème is that these lashes are of such good quality. They last a long while and the lash glue can withstand a lot. I went to Hawaii when it was stormy out, I snorkeled, and sweat a bunch from the humidity - but these babies stayed on so well. I do have sensitive skin (eczema & rosacea) so I was worried about the chemicals, surprisingly my skin didn't turn red and I didn't have any allergic reactions. However, I did feel tingling and burning sensation during the lifting process but it went away after Sara flushed my eyes and the tingling went away after a day.
