I came here on Wednesday, June 12, 2025 for a volume fill. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because my bad experience was partially my fault and I admit that, however, for the absolutely astronomical price that I was charged for a fill. I expected better quality work to be done. To give a little bit of backstory, I have been getting my lashes done regularly for over six years now. I was getting ready to go on vacation for 16 days and really wanted my lashes to be full and not have to get a fill while I was there however my regular girl that does a fabulous job was out of town and wasn't able to do it the day before I left because she wasn't here. I really wanted them done the day before I left because as you know your lashes fall out overtime and I wanted them to be as full as possible for as long as I could while on vacation. I reached out to a few lash Studios in the area and let them know that I needed to fill. Glorious lash and brow reached out to me to make an appointment. They connected me with Erin who then texted me to make my appointment and told me that she was with glorious lash and brow. She did not ever mention that she was a third-party . The only communication I got was from glorious lash and brow, or Erin who said that she was affiliated with them. Here's where I admit my mistakes: On the day of my appointment, I was running around trying to get everything ready for my family of five to be gone for over two weeks and for some reason in my head I was thinking my appointment was at 2 PM when it was actually at 1 PM. I did have it in my calendar as being at 1 PM, but I was so busy with other things that I forgot . Erin texted me around 110 and asked if I was still coming in. I apologize profusely and she said that she could still get me in even if I was late. Thankfully, I rushed over and I was there by 1:20 pm, she got me in. Great. The next mistake I made was not asking what the price of my service was gonna be. As someone who's gotten their lashes done regularly for six years and has been to other places besides my regular girl to get pills I know that fills cost anywhere from $70-$90 so that's what I was prepared to pay. During the service she didn't really want to make conversation with me even though I was trying to make small talk to be polite. Which is fine. I get some people just don't like small talk so I just laid there in silence. She did mention during the service that my lash girl does a really good job and that my lashes looked great. When the service was over, my lashes looked fine. I handed her my card and she did not mention what the price of the service was going to be and then ran my card as someone who always tips 20%. I just hit the 20% button sign and went on my way. My mistake also for not paying attention I guess I was just in such a hurry and had so many things to do, but I assumed that the price would be around what that normal price of a fill is. And I get home and I realize I didn't even check to see how much it was so I look at my bank statement and I was shocked that she charged me $150. This does not include the tip mind you that was just the price of the service. I was a little confused because that's the price of a full set not a fill. I texted her and asked her if she had made a mistake and charged me for a full set and she said that because I was getting a "foreign fill" she charged me more. She said that because now she knows the quality of my lashes that next time I went to her, she would charge me only $95 for a fill. once again, someone who gets their lashes done regularly and has been to different places over the years I have never heard of a foreign fell before and didn't understand why it was so expensive. I texted my regular lash girl and she confirmed that that was not a thing, she asked me the name of the place that I went and then pointed out that on their website, the made up "foreign fill" was listed at $125 not $150, still outrageously overpriced, but less than what she had charged me. I texted her back with a screenshot of the price listed online and she said that that was "Emma's price". Nowhere on their website does it list the different people and different prices? i'm not a very confrontational person so instead of going back-and-forth with Erin I decided to text the original number that had reached out to me assuming that was the owner of the salon. I explained what happened and she told me that Erin just "rented a booth at the studio and so she has different pricing ." Once again, that information was never disclosed to me. The only communication I got was from someone affiliated with that studio. Emma does a great job. She's very knowledgeable and has over 10 years of experience, which shows in her work and speed at which she can do it. I appreciate her making me feel glamorous and knowing what style works best for my eye shape. I should mention that this location is by appointment only and not open otherwise. It's always just me and the tech at my appointments with a nice playlist in the background and relaxing vibe. read more

I have regrets. I made an appointment here for Jan 24 for a lash lift, tint and a brow wax because my regular spot didn't have availability before I was leaving on vacation. The salon was locked when I arrived. Emma was running late, but texted me to let me know she was arriving in 15 mins. Emma was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. Emma tried to convince me to get lash extensions (no thanks. been there, done that) and I declined. Then she told me I should come to their PQ location because it was bigger and had more staff as the PL location wasn't getting much business because the population was too many "old people." She told me she's the one that has to drive to the PL location because she's a manager and the PQ location is very busy and that's why she was late. She gave me like 50 business cards to "give to my friends." The location is clearly struggling. Long story short, the brow wax ripped my skin under both brows, leaving it raw and red for a couple days. She also took more from the top of my left brow, such that they're uneven until they grow back. The lash lift was done so poorly that my lashes are SO FRIED THEY FRAYED at the ends. (Pic attached). My lashes feel crunchy and thick, likely from either the perm solution being too strong or left on too long. i literally can't even wear mascara at all because my eyelashes look like spider webs with even one light swipe of mascara. It's been a month and they're still a mess and won't be right until I shed all of my lashes and grow new ones. The solan offers a nice atmosphere and may be great at extensions (per the reviews), but I wouldn't set foot in the place for a lash lift or simple brow wax ever again. Bummed because it could have been a nice option. I gave two stars instead of one because Emma is clearly trying hard and the place is clean and nice. I wish them luck on sorting out their lack of traffic, but I think her concerns about the business had her running late, frazzled and unfocused such that the outcome of my service was absolutely terrible in every measurable way. read more

I have to call Emma and she says oops my bad I forgot to call you and tell you we decided to close early today. Horrible customer service. Highly recommend Glorious Lash & Brow. I'm a regular at their PQ location. So glad they opened another location!! I love coming here because my appointments are usually pretty quick and my lashes LAST. With other places, sometimes my appointment takes a long time and then my lashes start coming out that same week. I can usually go for ~3 weeks before my next appointment. Highly recommend!! I noticed this salon open down the street from my house. After doing some research and finding positive reviews from their first location, decided to take a chance on a new and closer spot. Emma did not disappoint. The space is gorgeous and very calming. It's nap time every time. She executes your vision, uses quality products, and does a very beautiful job. My lashes stay foreverrrrrr. I used to go to their Carmel Mountain location, but now that they opened a location for Point Loma, I have a closer drive! I come in every month for a lash lift and I always walk out looking beautiful! They have a quiet and clean environment. The studio smells so good and I'm always at peace during my sessions.
