When the appointment week came and went I started to reach out. Despite multiple attempts over the course of two weeks, I didn't hear back. Finally, when I reached someone, I was told they couldn't find the parts needed to complete the job. Oddly enough I was also informed that they completed the job and didn't need to call me because it was done outside the privacy gate (which I had never been made aware of). After a month of unanswered calls, I managed to get a hold of them again. This time, I was told they came to my property 4 times and called me, yet there was no sign of them on security footage, nor any missed calls from them. When I asked if I should just find another company to complete the job, they agreed that I could--at that point, it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and doesn't follow through on promises. I would not recommend Cody Irrigation and Landscape, LLC to anyone.
