The other house was very straight forward. Robert came and assessed both houses, explained what his process entailed, and sent me a quote. Robert was the ONLY painter that could see even tho the cottage was less square footage, it needed the most in prep. The front and back porches needed the paint to be scraped on the railings, then sanded, and primed. His attention of detail thru all of the stages of prep work, actual painting of the body of the homes, and trim, was unbelievable.He was here very day, actually paining with his crew. He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. The next day the crew came and started working on the flooring and baseboards. Eric is super courteous by the way he greets and communicates with us. Jordan and Eric went to town making sure the flooring was completed by the end of the day. Overall, for the time frame the job was completed the amount we paid was very reasonable. I was told the tiles had a gap near the valley allowing water onto the underlayment. I figured they were fixing this as this was exactly the location they were working on and there was no leak prior to the tree damage, yet I received a bill and was told this was not related to their repair. Their ladder caused visible damage to our gutter while accessing the roof to clean our solar panels, and their screen cleaning machine frayed several of our window screens. When we brought these issues to their attention, their response was, "Did anyone see our ladder leaning on your gutter? Your screens were like that when we removed them." They agreed to replace most of the damaged screens, but the new ones they installed have vertical tears, and a few others are wrinkled and very loose. They then refused to come back to fix them, so I had to hire another company to repair the screens properly. Unfortunately, there was no proper inspection after the job was completed and no accountability for the damage.
