A few months later, I decided to get new wheels/tires on my truck. Katie was extremely helpful and patient with me while I was deciding which wheels and tries to go with. I also decided to get the emblems blacked out in my truck. I was extremely pleased with the work they did.....My truck looks better than I imagined it would with the upgrades. The staff really knows all about customizations, they are very friendly, and they do excellent work. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting aftermarket upgrades on their vehicle.

I did some research and found I needed new clips but didn't know where to acquire them. I stopped at Dale and asked for a consultation. The guys there were glad to help me. They educated me about the systems that neon signs use, brought me back to their shop space and showed me how it all worked. Then they checked out my sign and affirmed the replacement of the versaclips. I received instruction on how to do it myself (no pressure or condescension about needing a professional) and sold me the clips I needed. I went home and fixed my sign myself. We were told "Sorry, They stayed based on the price you were quoted and paying. We should have reevaluated last time and just charged by the hour per cleaner so there was enough time to get everything done." That was the last time......

Linda Dazey agreed…read more When she asked for me to come and inspect the home after her cleaning time was done in only 3 hours, she and her son explained that the weren't able to clean what I had requested but that they could come the next day after they were wanting to charge me $585 for services not completed and then would be coming back to charge me again. I texted her to not come back the next day because I was so upset with the work I still had to do being that I was very ill at the time. After they left, I inspected what was done more thoroughly and the home was dusty in which I took pictures to have on record. I explained to Linda that the price for not doing what I requested was unreasonable, she threatened to take me to court. I paid the amount she wanted to avoid this threat again, but it is completely unfair. I will not be hiring her back. I will hire someone who is honest.
