You then proceed to make fun of the patient at the station with the securities. morning nurses were way more patient and understanding. however in overall view, it's not a great place for recovery, as they claim. the doctors and social workers were the best staff, had more comfort with them to continue my stay at this place. from thriving to fsp services that were outstanding and proffessional.. to promises and clown…read moreservices... frustration is the goal here .. goals not even talked about, or accomplished... constant let down and excuses for proffessionals ... that cant even fill out form with out asking to your ssi advocate... when i already have a lawyer and better advocate .. i cant get the place to do anything that the fsp i transfered out of did.. Not only did they show me this is possible... by making it look as difficult to do simple forms and new problems from there trust you dont need paperwork... about the problem that will keep me like they tried to " strong arm.." if you have to ask... for services and that they only advertise and promise, with strings attach, you are the one that they cant help provide the services you need... unless you drop your ssi advocate they cant really fill out papers you need and make it look as if your crazy when you request you want out... the lady said im trying to kill myself when i found out my medication was at there office my migrain medication if they actually handed it to me as the doctor perscribed... they didnt want me to kiill myself with it... after not only questions about not showing up but the lady replacing the therapist... she came in my house when i was sick stole my mail... saying she could help me out with this.... and then when i asked for it back ... she said my doctor didnt want to help me fill it out... like he didnt like me... yeah right .. im not going to put up with crap like that agian.. now after believing the first lady im now not only paying late fees for the pretend reasonable accomidation... i dont even know how that happens 1 year later the new management claims that i owe late fees for every time they worked out the problem... so called trust us ... arrangements are worthless.. so turnover is constant with no goals accomplished and new problems for the services they claim to provide but dont.... now i want to leave and they dont let you have new services.. i have no goals or useful situations from this type of empowerment ... anti empowerment... if i dont have there services i get late fees and now have to stay in the hateful place and what i dont need a referece ... i paid my rent and on the arranged way.... however unproffessional that was.. if i was to go on my own... its like it all falls down as if it never was real anyways... complete non sense if you want to keep what you have before these people.. find out .... all they wanted was to know why my place looked so nice.. or how i found the section 8 apartment. yeah not helpful to give that to people snakes who want to use my experience to place people with out even knowing how it works or what they should of filed.... they have no clue what i needed and would rather i lose my home before they filed a paper or looked it up thinking eyehhh i might need that paper ... oh i did... so yuck wish i never knew the fake fsp is out there looking for people they dont intend to help or even know what to do , northeast mental health makes it look easy ... compared to these providers , i just think they work with kids and i get sick

Personality aside, which involved yelling and insults when I pointed out he was giving me incorrect and potentially dangerous advice, he does not understand how psych medications work. I wanted to switch antidepressants, and he insisted the only way to do this is to titrate off completely and be on no antidepressant whatsoever, and then start a new one. Thank god I have been medicated for almost two decades and know that one must titrate off and on at the same time, because as someone who needs to be on antidepressants, being off would be catastrophic. He also told me I was over the maximum recommended dose for a medication that works for me, which was also incorrect and I am nowhere near the maximum. I found that out after escalating the issue to the medical director of the practice, who was shocked at his incompetence as he is relatively new. I have had positive experiences with the other NP's at Java Psych. He also told me my psych issues were too severe for anyone at their practice along with other insults which left me feeling hopeless and sent me into depression for days. If you are seeking help for your mental health, whatever you do, do NOT see this man.
