She saved my brother's life and our family/friends' lives in turn! (We wouldn't know what to do without my brother) While my friend and I were trying to help find a place for my brother, Debbie was trying to help even though we didn't think he had the correct insurance for Transformations Care. Debbie helped my friend for countless hours and eventually they were able to figure out insurance to get my brother to Transformations. The fact that she was helping my friend even though we didn't think we could get my brother to Transformations, truly shows that this place has the best of intentions. Debbie wants to help people in need get to the road to recovery! She made the road to recovery so much easier than it could have been. She made my brother feel welcome, normal, and loved. Debbie reassured me and my family consistently by sending us photos of her and my brother. Recovery is hard - Debbie made it easier for him and I am forever grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Transformations Care as a family member (I can't fully endorse it as a patient, but my brother has nothing but great things to say about the owners, Michelle in outpatient, and Debbie!) I was referred to TCI and knew I needed to go, but didn't want to go. That all changed once I got there. TCI changed my life and forced me to look in a mirror and get comfortable with being uncomfortable and face the parts of me that have been anchoring me from true freedom and inner peace. The program they run is rigourous and caused some serious brain pain, but I was able to break through parts of me that have I've been hiding for most of my life. Each person has their own style of doing things and contributed different things that I needed to receive while I was there, and to me, it was the perfect staff. From crying, to laughing, to being vulnerable and feeling comfortable enough to dig deep and share things with perfect strangers that I've never shared with anyone else; I've never felt more safe, heard, and just allowed to be myself without judgement. Instead I was met with compassion, understanding, and comfort. I don't trust people easily, and I trust every person at TCI with my life, because they not only changed my life, they saved my life. If I name one person in this review, I'm going to have to name all of them (that's a long list), but I was able to go home with the tools I know will help me manage my recovery on a daily basis, and because of that, my fears have lost power over me. I'm eternally grateful to each and every staff member at TCI. Thank you for your kindness, love and care (and for the brain pain experienced from being forced to be honest with myself). I am eternally grateful. This is the place to go if you want to experience true freedom from self. When I feel some sort of way, all I have to do is remember the advice and suggestions and feedback I received during my time at TCI, and I know there's hope that I will be ok. I also know that it's ok to not be ok, but it doesn't have to stay that way.. a lesson that has changed my life in just a short period of time. The people are very nice all of the staff, including the nursing staff the CNA's the people that run its social services even housecleaning . There's quite a few on staff that I hit it off with really well and they're very kind and funny and we keep each other laughing.. my experience has been 99% positive and I appreciate them. Also, I think the food is good. I've never been to such a facility before, but the food exceeds what I had assumed it would be. I'm 67- feeling stronger and healthier each day; i've been here one week, exactly on New Year's Eve I recommend to transfer here on a weekday instead of weekend when certain staff members aren't here

The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind. This place was fine while I was there, paying them. Granted, there were a lot of troubled older teens without a real issue, so it was hard to focus on my sobriety. The fact that it is more like a prison for rich kids says something, but I was still able to find my way. My main issue is what happened after I left. I needed proof that I was staying there and getting treatment for my addiction, which they would not supply. This caused my college to fail me in classes and dropped my GPA to a level I will never recover from. Additionally, they released a newsletter that printed my sobriety date falsely. They said I relapsed on print. This is inexcusable to do to someone early in sobriety. It's hard enough staying sober without your old rehab messing with you. They committed libel, and I probably should have sued. Had my family seen that newsletter, they would not have spoken to me for years. I guess I got lucky that no one read it. I am still sober (over 15 years!) despite their efforts or lack thereof. Needless to say, they did not help with my long-term sobriety. They were detrimental to it. Probably in their best interest for people to relapse, then they can bill you again and take you back. I stayed sober by avoiding this place like the plague once I got out. Lastly, what Cade said in an early review was true about one of their employees sleeping with one of the female residents. Generally, the women who stay there have it a little easier and get away with more. I guess that is why a lot of these 5-star reviews are by woman.

The rehab is literally one star they will not do anything to really help you get through any of the step work or to help you get better. I would honestly say that if you're looking for a treatment center go somewhere else this place will just keep taking money from you and won't let you leave just because you signed a contract meaning that they have to keep you there making a very difficult to actually be able to leave on your own terms I will definitely suggest this place gets new staff a new owner and therapist that will actually be respectful. Most of the times people in the medical industry take the care out of the Phrase medical care and this institution definitely puts it back with the great care and hold you by the hand and show you the way level of care that they provide I am in there transitional housing program since I've been there I've been able to secure two jobs get a brand-new car working my 12 step program all the way to my ninth step I have a sponsor I have a home group I'm doing the things that have been suggested and so far it's working I've secured a section 8 housing voucher and the director of the transitional housing program Esperanza Romero really literally takes you by the handand shows you how to fly I will be forever in debt it to BHS as a whole and as a transitional housing program
