Had trouble getting the nacho cheese nozzle on but that was us, not them. We put everything back in the front and they picked it up Monday morning. I even accidentally kept one of the nesco pans and they called looking for it and were very nice about it. I would definitely use them again!

Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. They even sent us a thank you card after our event. Top notch service and thank you for coming to our wedding rescue!!

The liner was damaged and they didn't tell me until the day before setup. They offered a skylight panel, but when they put it up, it was the wrong size. I ordered side curtains with windows and they left without setting them all up. Every table was damaged and half the chairs were so filthy they wouldn't come clean. The needed to refund me for the liner and they offered a 50% refund on the chairs. It took five weeks to get the refund check and, when I finally did, it bounced.
