During our pre-wedding calls, he brought up details that I had never even thought of, and I was so appreciative to have him help me navigate our wedding reception by keeping us on schedule with our speeches, first dances, etc. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and Joe did a fantastic job gauging the crowd and playing what they wanted. We also utilized Exceptional Entertainment's photo booth and guest book phone, which were special additions that our guests really loved. He had foam light-up sticks for the dance floor that were a HUGE hit with all of our guests! And it wasn't about dollar signs. He walked me through scenarios and how music typically works at weddings and what him and his team does. Not once did he mention anything out getting our business. I was planning our wedding from 3,000 miles away and Joe made it the smoothest transition possible. The second I stepped through the door I got puked on by some homeless man wearing a grocery bag for pants. I had to go into the bathroom to wash off after that. So then I decided that I wanted to try some karaoke, but man was I disappointed. The only song available in the machine was a two hour loop of the theme from Rocky (which contains no lyrics what so ever). I then decided to leave the club because of how disappointed and bored was. I´m giving this five stars because as bad of an establishment this is it was something new and different than what I have been to.
