I was looking around the lobby and saw a calendar/white board that had some notes on it and there was a message saying that open shopping is only during select hours depending on the day I wish there was some clearer information on when you can get these items. There's no where on the website or Yelp that states this and I tried to call multiple times during the day to get more information before I went and no one picked up. I don't know how their cleansing services and meditation work is but long story short, if you're going for sage, you may be too late

I am not at all the stereotypical "energy healing" type, until I had Reiki done about 10 years ago when I lived in Memphis. It was an incredibly relaxing, comfortable and healing experience. Having tried other Reiki treatments, I remained disappointed until I stumbled upon Kate Thomas, new to Harmony Life. Kate has a gift. She's very calming, gentle, kind and understands the various ebbs and flows of energy throughout the body that effect the mind. During stressful times, Reiki (and massage) are my go-to treatments.
