Pav yogas classes are small and it's very intimate but not intimidating. Everyone I have brought has been overwhelmed in her teaching techniques and the unique little studio in historical building down town Weatherford. I was pushed to my limit, but also had moments of deep relaxation. The teacher went above and beyond, giving her students just a little bit more for their money. Plus, I signed up for one month of unlimited classes for $89. That's a great value. I love hot yoga, but sometimes the room can get stuffy. Not here. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.

All the stress from my 7.5 hour flight melted away as did my resulting headache which no doubt would have kept me up late into the night. I've seen her on 6 subsequent trips with all sorts of different stresses, aches and pains. She was originally recommended by a family member's neighbor and since then I've seen her in many locations, and she always sets up a soothing room that smells and looks nice. I saw her again before and after attending a wedding on June 5th and 8th this year and what could have been a stressful trip started with and had in the middle a relaxing extra long massage. She doesn't use baby oil so I don't break out either. A big plus for me with my sensitive skin. She's a sweet tempered woman with a great sense of touch. Whether you're looking for a healing or relaxing massage, and especially if you just flown in from clear across the country--book a massage with Cathy and you'll be happy you did.
