I was a hot day so it was nice to be able to sit in the air-conditioned bar area enjoying the soccer game. Came here for their happy hour menu. Had the shrimp cocktail, which was great. Shrimp was chilled but not too cold went great with the cocktail sauce and squeeze of lemon. Next came the fried scallop, which was a little bit of a mixed bag. First off the crust, breading fell off very easily, meaning that it properly wasn't dried well prior so the breading just slid right off. Scallops were OK sized not huge but then this is the happy hour menu so don't expect too much. The Rhode Island style calamari also encountered the same issue where the breading fell off very easily. Still tastes good though, along with the jalapeños. Overall good to fill up with a beer and 3 apps. Decent place to drop by with happy hour but could use more selections and better prep for frying.

Inchu at CanalSide serves up a straightforward menu of Asian bowls including Korean Bibimbap, Thai Pad Krapow, Vietnamese Banh Mi Bowl, and Japanese Donburi with choice of base (jasmine rice or organic greens) and choice of protein (tofu, bbq chicken, ginger beer, poached salmon), each bowl priced at $15.75 plus tax (in 2024). There is plenty of seating at this spacious food hall. I stopped by Inchu recently and ordered the Korean Bibimbap with jasmine rice & poached salmon. My bowl was prepared to order and all set in 3 minutes. I enjoyed this tasty bowl which was layered with soft jasmine rice, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, green onions, spinach, cucumbers, carrot slaw, pickled daikon, kimchi, soft poached salmon filet and a fried egg (runny). This quickly made bowl had a good mix of tasty ingredients, but not your traditional bibimbap which is served in a hot stone pot (bowl) with the egg and rice sizzling crisp on the sides and bottom of the bowl. I will have to return here so I can try out their other bowls!

It looked as though they were brand new as the sign was temporary and there was no indication of the business name anywhere. It was sauced and seasoned well. There was so much food I was able to share, too.

I started with the grapefruit cocktail, followed by the hamachi crudo and the lobster roll. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Salty Girl definitely deserves its high ratings, and I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

We were placed in a dimly lit room, and it felt a bit tight. The bathroom was also strange, and out of the way as we had to dodge waiters in a busy hallway and pass by the front exit again to get to it. - Grilled Whole Rainbow Trout, (3/5): fish was a bit dry, and surprisingly sweet. It was definitely an unexpected taste and it wasn't for me. - Warm Lobster Roll, (4/5): a great buttery warm lobster roll. I wanted to get it with fries, but my partner wanted to get it with chips :// was very disappointed that it came in a chip bag, and chips were stale. The rating is for the lobster roll itself. It seemed pretty hyped online, but this was not my favorite meal. The table next to us didn't finish any of their food....
