I enjoyed this tasty bowl which was layered with soft jasmine rice, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, green onions, spinach, cucumbers, carrot slaw, pickled daikon, kimchi, soft poached salmon filet and a fried egg (runny). This quickly made bowl had a good mix of tasty ingredients, but not your traditional bibimbap which is served in a hot stone pot (bowl) with the egg and rice sizzling crisp on the sides and bottom of the bowl.
