    Pastel de carne
    Della S.

One day I was craving acai bowls AND burgers. I didn't expect to actually find a place that sold both and made them well! I found this place on Uber Eats and decided to order some of the popular items: X-Oasis sandwich ($18.95), acai tropical ($14.95), pastel de carne ($4.25), and 3 of their cheese breads ($1). You've probably already seen other reviews that mention this-- the sandwich was MASSIVE. It filled the entire takeout container. I cut it into quarters and I think each quarter was the equivalent of a normal burger. It was full of various meats from steak, burger, chicken, to bacon. Each piece of meat was nicely seasoned but because the bun was not super flavorful, I wouldn't have minded if there was more sauce or the meat was saltier. The steak in the middle was cooked well-done so it was a bit tough among the rest of the cuts of meat. The sandwich also came with a generous portion fries. The acai tropical was covered in powdered milk and condensed milk so it was super sweet. I usually don't get my acai bowls with condensed milk but I could see the appeal-- it was slushy, fruity, creamy, and sweet. There was also a generous portion of strawberries and bananas on top. The pastel de carne had a nice flaky exterior to it and a slightly spicy beef filling. The cheese breads were tasty. The X-oasis sandwich was fun to try and quite a sight to see but I think it was difficult to execute super well due to all the various fillings. I'd definitely come back for their pastries and acai bowls (and maybe a smaller burger/sandwich).

WOW! I am blown away by my order. I haven't ordered from this bakery in a while but was craving açaí and not the nonsense they over charge for at non-Brazilian places, real açaí which to me means with condensed milk and powdered milk. I made a meal of it and also got a x-salada w/ fries, coxinhas, a bolinho de mandioca, pão de queijo and dessert, passion fruit mousse. The x-salada was as big as my head! Usually I can eat half of one, I only had a fourth of this one. I appreciate that it seems that their corn and peas are frozen not canned, lots of points for this as I don't like the flavor of tinned food. The burger patty itself was kind of bland but nothing you can't fix by adding more condiments and a dash of your favorite seasoning or just a pinch of salt. This lack of flavor in no way brings downs the awesomeness of the size and freshness of every element of this burger. The fries were a HUGE portion for the price. Very good value and very good fries. The açaí was perfect the only downside for me was the use of canned pineapple instead of fresh, though I understand why. The salgadinhos are huge, they were piping hot and crispy, perfection. I am truly in awe of the quality, freshness, value and speed! Very proud we have this place serving Brazilian goodies!

We absolutely love oasis! It is our go-to place with our baby and whenever we have friends come visit us. It is quick (buffer style if you want it), you pay by the weight if you want to, has generous portions if you order (get their yucca fries!!! Their orange said muse is the bomb!), had lots of seating, and even has live music. Their desserts are amazing too!!! Their tres leches, flan and coconut pudding are sooo good.

Holy! Biggest sandwiches in the game. Peep this Goliath X Tudo sandwich and get in line. Their rice balls are tasty too. Need to try their steakhouse.

I got delivery from here via Caviar a few days ago. I got two acai bowls, a dozen pao de quejo (Brazilian cheese bread), and fried plaintains. The acai bowls were way too watery, and I've had much better cheese bread. The only good thing was the fried plaintains, which were yummy and a great value ($4 ish for a large quantity). I probably won't order from here again.

    X Oasis Sandwich

Recently tried the X Oasis Sandwich and this is literally the BEST surprise!! Had a friend tell me its loaded and large but the idea didn't hit until I physically saw the sandwich. She got a variety of items for take out and when I saw the sandwich, my first thought was that it was HUUUUUGE! It was not only wide it was a super tall tall sandwich. The outside looks like a super sized sandwich but your perception will change after you cut it open! It was an 8 inch diameter burger with chicken, beef and more! Everything inside was flavored to perfection! This giant sandwich was AMAZING! The churros here were DELICIOUS! Crispy and thick but that filling perfectly balances the pastry. The cheese breads were soooo goood as well! Everything I had was delicious, I would definitely come back for more!!!

I've been to Oasis Café & Bakery on numerous occasions, each time I am satisfied. The first time I went, I got the X-Oasis Brazilian sandwich which is literally a beast of a sandwich. It is loaded with proteins such as steak, hamburger, and egg to name a few. Its so big that I actually ended up splitting it with my girlfriend (and I usually don't lol). Good luck trying to fit a whole bite in your mouth! There are hot sauces available as well in case you need more heat. I had also gotten a cucumber refresher juice which was good. It was a little warm when I got it but it was VERY fresh- straight fruit was used for this. The young women in the back gladly filled up an extra cup of ice for me. Another time I went, I opted for something a little "lighter" and decided on a basic steak egg and cheese. It was delicious! The Steak was very flavorful and was seasoned nicely. I was very happy with my choice. I highly recommend this place. Its a go to breakfast place for me!

"Acai Supernova" by Oasis How many special restaurants change? How many dishes are pronounced strange? Where were you while we were getting Acai? Slowly walking down the hall See the drinks, wanna get them all Where were you while we were getting Acai? Oasis is the primary reason why Boston went from "place I don't go to for food" to "place I break speed limits to get to for food." Yes, the BBB at Toscanini and the Gelato at Morano in the Chestnut Hill Mall are utterly incredible. But Oasis makes every other New England eatery seem bland. What to get: Acai Na Tigela (aka Acai Bowl), Jugos, Caldo De Cana. What else: The best Brazilian cafe outside of Brazil, and better than most in Brazil too. Anything else: I'm not a fan of the band Oasis or of Manchester City, but being English, I couldn't resist the song lyric intro. I thought Brazil would be heaven because of the girls. And boys. And such. Little did I know, it would be the drinks there that would rock my world most of all. As well as the only alcoholic beverage I actually love (Caipirinha), they have gems such as Acai Na Tigela and Caldo De Cana. And nobody, not even in Brazil, makes those 2 items any better than Oasis in Boston. There are 2 Oases side by side, actually. Same owners, totally different interior. One is the Steakhouse, which is a weighed buffet of Brazilian food, and is a *must try* for absolutely everyone. I do believe you can order the items from the Cafe menu off the Steakhouse menu, so you should head over there if you're hungry. Or go there for lunch, and come in here for dessert and snacks. Brazilian weighed buffet is to the lower income people of Brazil, what Churrascaria is to the rich. It must be tried. Insanely good. But this Oasis, the cafe, deserves a 10-star rating on a 5-star scale all of its own. Now I'll start by saying their Pao De Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and other pastries don't really do it for me. I don't come here for those. I come here for the Brazilian drinks. When in Brazil, you go wild with the amazing tropical drinks. Every street seems to have a little juice stand or a shop making fresh Jugos and Sucos and Caldo De Cana (fresh squeezed Sugar Cane juice) and Acai Na Tigela (a bowl of Amazon berry slush with other goodies in it, if you want). These are some of the best things that will ever pass between your lips, if you get them from the right place. No dirty thoughts please. And if you are outside Brazil: *this*, my friends... is the right place. Easily my favourite place to go in Boston. Their Caldo De Cana is simply the best I have ever had, tied with my very favourite back street juice bar in the NE suburbs of Belo Horizonte. That sounded obnoxious but it's the truth. Order it, and watch them pull out huge sticks of sugar cane and put them through a machine which turns the sugar cane into Caldo De Cana (Soup of the Cane). Holy crap it's so good. They will even cane you while you wait, and put it on an internet adult site for light family-oriented S&M, for a small additional fee. OK the last part is false. The only thing here better (or maybe just as good) as the CDC is the Acai Na Tigela. It's a crazy Amazonian berry, mashed up into frozen paste, and then they add Guarana Syrup (ask for less syrup), as well as granola and fresh fruits (ask for no granola). Sometimes they add "Vitaminas" too... ask for none of them. That way you really focus on the insanely good Acai taste. You can also get some frozen Acai paste (imported from New Jersey) for later, which is very very good too. I spent about $50 on a year's supply of them, I would know. Also their Jugos/Sucos are excellent, which are ice-and-fruit blended up, either with or without milk. They're good both ways, and they have such wonderful choices as passion fruit, guava and mango. And the guy here is so cute, that every time he leaves the restaurant, everyone is like, "where did that mango?" I've had CDC at maybe 20 other places outside Brazil and this is the only one that has been good at all. I've had Acai Na Tigela at maybe 40 places outside Brazil and this is the only one that tastes like Brazil. Some of the ones in Brazil are iffy, to be honest, and some are amazing. This, at Oasis, is one of the amazing ones. Come here. Get the Acai. Get the Caldo De Cana. Be in heaven like I was, in Brazil. And now my sister just walked in. Oh, hey, sis!

ACAI BOWLS!! I've been searching for a place that serves Acai Bowls since moving to the East Coast and this place definitely satisfies that craving. People here usually don't know what it is or have never heard of it. It's a perfect healthy breakfast/snack/dessert. Acai bowls are good anytime :]] If you don't know what it is, it is sorta like a Acai flavored slush/smoothie topped with granola and fresh fruit (usually strawberries, bananas and blueberries) and drizzled with Agavi nectar. At Oasis, they also add condensed milk which makes it even more DELICIOUS. A small is a pretty decent size and filling for $6.50. Comparable to what is made in SoCal. Not only does this place have Acai Bowls, but they serve BREAKFAST ALL DAY! Oasis has an extensive menu from eggs, omelets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, subs and Brazilian sandwiches. There is also a selection of pastries, cookies, cakes and desserts displayed in glass. So many choices, I wish my stomach was bigger sometimes so I could try more things when I am there! On the left the register, there are warm meat bread pastries which are pretty tasty. I have also tried a few of the other savory pastries on the right of the register. All pretty yummy. The little cheese puff balls are good when they are hot and fresh.. mmm x Oasis Sandwich: 9 layers of awesome! GIGANTIC stack of hamburger, beef, chicken, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, peas, corn, and string fries stuck between 2 huge hamburger buns. Very hearty and dense. Great sandwich for meat lovers! ItThis also comes with some tasty fries, crispy outside and soft inside. So much food, definitely shareable and a little messy to eat! Buffalo chicken Sub: Buffalo chicken with lettuce and tomatoes drizzled with ranch on a french baguette. ALSO HUGE! This was alright, I don't particularly like buffalo chicken that much though. Love this place, free wifi, reasonable prices for lots of flavor filled food, and so many options. I don't think I could ever get tired of this place! Con: Charges 25 cents for tap water.

Delicious breakfast options for everyone! Whether you're looking for sweet or savory, this place has got you covered. *Breakfast plates are well worth it! The breakfast potatoes are SO CRISPY and perfectly salted. I really enjoyed these! There's several different options with eggs, your choice of meat, toast, and potatoes *Acai bowls: I think I'm too spoiled from the acai bowls in socal, so I was a little disappointed by this one. A little too sweet and a little too watery for me. Toppings are just standard with bananas, strawberries, granola, and honey. But if you're craving one, this could get the job done *Pao de queijo: CHEEZY PILLOWS OF GOODNESS! So soft and so chewy mmmm. I love these little cheese balls and they're 4 for $1!! If I lived any closer, I'd be coming here every day to satisfy my craving. Must get, especially if they're warm There are so many options here it can get a little overwhelming, but I've liked everything we've tried so far! Everyone knows I'm a sucker for bread, so their bakery case full of baked goods is extremely tempting!

I breathed Acai of relief when this hit the table. In fact, it really Bowled me over!
