He has a kind demeanor and seemed to have some positive abilities to decipher a few issues we were struggling with; however, he often seemed distracted with personal issues and seemingly disinterested in our progress. He failed to monitor the authorization period the insurer provided, resulting in a month's long gap in treatment. Overlooking such a basic treatment parameter resulted in our decision to seek alternative care.
