Drive to the gated area to the right of the main entrance roadway and they will peacefully look at you or ignore you. They posed wonderfully for photos! There is a mini general store for food provisions, clothing and more. Very friendly lady working in there. One can pick up their swimming towels for their warm swimming pool and hot tubs nearby. There are showers and even an adults only hot tub area. There will is also more fast food dining options and gas stations nearby. Located about 15 minutes to Zion Park and the other direction to LaVerkin. Lots of hiking and dirt roads to explore nearby, too.

They offer a variety of cool accommodations, including glamping tents, tiny houses, and covered wagons. We chose to stay in a wagon, and despite the weather throwing 40-degree temperatures and high winds at us, it was incredibly warm and cozy inside. The wagon is exceptionally well thought out and equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, easily fitting a family of four. It also featured plenty of lights, outlets, a handy towel basket, and excellent AC/heating. The only downside of such a cold night was having to make the walk down the hill to the private bathrooms. However, the silver lining was getting to look up at an absolutely amazing night sky filled with millions of stars! For added convenience, there is an on-site coffee shop that sells breakfast items and sandwiches. In the evenings, they light up cozy campfires, and if you happen to visit on a warmer day, you can enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable stay near Zion!

The tents have running hot water but absolutely no electricity, so I was very glad I brought plenty of batteries to charge our devices. Our tent easily slept four with room to spare, and the site felt very private. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even better. For transparency, our two night stay came to just under one thousand dollars. That included room charges, resort fees, lodging tax, and sales tax. For what we received, I thought the pricing was fair. The location is perfect. It is about twenty minutes from Zion, close to two towns for anything you need, and Tesla Superchargers were also about twenty minutes away. My girls loved the s'mores every night, and the midnight stars were unbelievable. It truly felt worth every dollar. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Another major issue was the noise. Although the property states quiet hours start at 10 PM, there were multiple vehicles driving through the camp between 11 PM and 1 AM. The noise was loud and constant, which completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to sleep. The front desk service was also not helpful when we raised concerns. Overall, the experience felt very different from what is advertised in the photos. For this price point, the quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations. Definitely not worth it.

It's right in Springdale and next to a shuttle stop, which made getting around so much easier. The hotel had complimentary lemonade and coffee, which was a nice little touch, especially after being out in the heat! The hot breakfast in the morning was really good too, and I also liked that they had to go breakfast bags with items like bagels, fruit, and water. That was really convenient if you wanted to grab something quick before heading into the park! It almost killed my child and ten other girls - one which fell ten feet from the dangerous hike. The girls were also not fed prior to the hike.Thats almost 9 hours without food that day. When they were rescued they were met with a stale charcuterie board that had been left out in the heat for the entirety of the hike . The food situation was so bad a girl had to call her parents to let them know they were not being properly fed and parents had to come and make sure they were being fed. This entire experience was traumatic and it was poorly planned and the owner was negligent. No one was held accountable as per the LDS leadership " we were meant to be up on that out sin in danger."

Most of the rentals here accommodate multiple bedrooms for larger families. Because each unit is owned by different individuals, your rental expense will vary greatly. Some rentals could be old and cheap, and some could be stellar. It all depends on who owns the rental. Our rental had just had a change of ownership, so there is some leeway on my review. Furnishings were older, a few broken items, and a few mice. The previous owners/renters shoved the wifi and router in a phone box with no ventilation and were burning hot to the touch.. This caused the router (internet) not to work when we arrived. We fixed it ourselves.. We also fixed the mice issue. The biggest plus for this place was the community pool. There was a lazy river, which was a huge hit with the kids. Our rental had video games in the garage and a foosball table. Walmart is just down the street.
