Literally amazing place. The backdrop is beautiful and the proximity to Zion is fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and well equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking. The price was really inexpensive for us because we went in the end of winter/ early spring, but be warned it is pricey in high season.

We had a room booked elsewhere and found the hotel to be.... Lacking in cleanliness. So we dropped by the Desert Pearl Inn after a quick search of what hotels in the area had same day availability and strong reviews. We were instantly at ease with the gal at the front desk situated in their cozy reception area. We were able to book our preferred room type and we were off! The property is beautiful, service is wonderful, the rooms are lovely and well kept, and the river front rooms sit on a lawn that borders the river and every single day we had deer grazing there which was magical. The hotel has partnerships with many businesses in the local area where you get a discount for activities and food and such. We did the e-bikes through the company that's right there on site, we also took advantage of the discounts at the hot springs and the on site restaurant! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Pool and hot tub amenities were great. The restaraunt onsite is good too. Great location- walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as into Zion. People are friendly who work here. Rooms are very nice. Views are incredible. They had laundry machines which was helpful since I really needed to do laundry.

We had to book a room last minute on our way back to LA from Salt Lake City on Dec 25th, and upon our arrival I could not have been more pleasantly surprised of my decision to have picked this place! The hotel looked more like a ski resort with cozy cabins and the views it had to offer from each room were just breathtaking, specially with the sound of the Virgin river running along the entire property added to the magic of this place. The rooms were very clean with every amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were the warmest and friendliest I have recently encountered, catering to our every need as well as giving us useful advice on activities and places to eat and visit. Definitely will be back!

so, I failed to book the Zion Lodge early and the internet said Desert Pearl was the best. And it is! We just completed a day of wonderful holiday Zion. Sitting on our poolside deck drinking Coors. Pool soon. Our room spotless. Bathroom terrific. Bidet and designer stops. Sofa, king bed, kitchenette with coffee cups nice enough to buy. Coffee in the lobby good. Convenient location. Nice people. Lastly. lunch at Zion Lodge today was delightful BUT too out of the way. Shuttle wicks us to the park. Stay here and check out my room view.

If I ever visit I I am definitely staying here again. The location is perfect. The rims are large and brand new and have a dish washer, microwave toaster oven and refrigerator and most importantly they have EV charging everywhere.

The desert pearl in is the best hotel in sprindale(Zion). We have been going there for 20 years and then never disappoint. The place is as nice now as it was back then. The grounds are amazing, the views are amazing and the staff are wonderful. Deer wander around the grounds and are unafraid of you if you don't bother them. My wife left some jewelry behind and then called us as soon as they discovered it and then shipped it back to us

    Spacious kitchen area in room

Our family stopped here for a couple nights on our weeklong and the Desert Pearl Inn really exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the pool and common areas were peaceful (and not a rowdy scene like other hotel pool spots), and the location is conveniently located right by the shuttle buses to Zion. The pool area is serene and overlooks a breathtaking view of mountains. What was a great cherry on top was that the inn is next door to Camp Outpost; a tasty restaurant for quick or sit down meals and drinks. We feel so lucky to have found the Desert Pearl Inn, it made our stay even more enchanting than we could have expected. Thank you, we hope to be back again soon!

Room was terrific and the view out back was awesome. They are on the pricey side, but their central location in Springdale and the quality of the room was worth it for us. We were only there one night on our way out of Zion (stayed in Zion Mountain Ranch the other two nights of our trip) and wished we would have stayed at Desert Pearl the whole time. The room amenities (towels, hair care, etc) were all very high quality. Loved the gemstone soap!

The Desert Pearl Inn was beautiful. The views, location, accommodations, staff and pool were all amazing.

I've stayed here a few times now and it is Absolutely Gorgeous! I always look forward to staying here when visiting Zion. Their suites are nice and spacious with a well equipped kitchenette that comes in handy when traveling with family. Rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern rustic vibe. Cleanliness is top notch! They offer a great list of amenities. I love the convenience of having their laundry facility to wash our clothes after a day of hiking. But my absolute favorite is the Stunning backdrop view of Zion NP from their pool! It is a sight to see! Entire property is well maintained and manicured. Staff are always friendly and accommodating with exceptional service. It is centrally located near restaurants and shops. Shuttle stop to Zion is just outside the property or a 15min walk to the park's entrance. . Always a great experience! Will be back on my next visit.

One of the most beautiful and conveniently closest hotels to the entrance of Zion…read more I've stayed here twice now, and there's a specific room type I keep coming back to: the Riverside Grand View Bedroom Suite. At 500 sq. ft, it feels spacious and serene, with a sitting area over looking the river below, blackout drapes, soaking tub, seperate walk-in shower, pillow-top mattress, workplace, and a 55" TV that my man really appreciates. But the best part is the large private balcony with seating and a direct view of The Watchman, one of Zion's most iconic peaks. Sunrises and sunsets from here are epic. Your stay includes, wifi, parking, year-round access to the outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits, fitness center, bathrobes and slippers, ac/heat, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and fresh coffee each morning near the lobby. On-site you'll also find a restaurant by the name of Anthera, and a spa, both of which I recommend. With 53 rooms, the property doesn't feel like just another standard hotel. What truly sets it apart though, is what lies just behind it, the lush riverside gardens. Ending your day sitting by the river, listening to the water move past as your thoughts quiet and your whole body softens. In the morning expect to see a lot of deer grazing in the grass areas. It's genuinely spellbinding. If the restaurant on property doesn't interest you there are other walkable options nearby and this property does not allow pets. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.

This was such a great Hampton Inn, especially for a Zion trip!…read more My husband and I only stayed one night, right before the 4th of July, after driving up from Las Vegas. It was our first time visiting Zion, so I was hoping the hotel would be easy, comfortable, and close to everything and it really was! The team was super helpful when we checked in, which made a great first impression after the drive. Everyone was friendly and made the process easy! The location is probably the biggest plus. It's right in Springdale and next to a shuttle stop, which made getting around so much easier. The hotel also had a map with the easier Zion hikes, and we ended up using that to plan our day since we wanted to keep things simple for our first visit! The hotel had complimentary lemonade and coffee, which was a nice little touch, especially after being out in the heat! The hot breakfast in the morning was really good too, and I also liked that they had to go breakfast bags with items like bagels, fruit, and water. That was really convenient if you wanted to grab something quick before heading into the park! They also have a pool, workout room, and business room, so there's plenty onsite activities as well if you need it! Our room was really spacious with a king bed and sofa couch, and the bathroom had a tub, which was nice after a long day of walking around Zion. I was really happy with this stay! It was convenient, and in a great location for visiting Zion National Park. Really nice place, and I'd definitely stay here again.

You could get on the shuttle stop to the left of the hotel to go further down the main street if you didn't want to walk. At check-in, they gave us a big sheet of helpful information showing us the town and the park shuttle stops. Springdale is very convenient, you can walk to several other restaurants and stores from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and had a wonderful balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and admire the incredible mountain view. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a really nice Keurig coffee maker (modern, made coffee quickly), generic Keurig coffee cups, and a couch with a large open area and a separate TV (another by the bed). There was a long bench which was nice for my husband's bigger suitcase and a luggage rack. The bathroom was compact. My knee was about 2" from the open door. There was enough sink counter space. When you shower, make sure the doors are positioned so the one by the shower head closes completely touches the wall. My husband had the other one which didn't touch the wall, and the water flowed between the doors and was flooding the floor. We declined daily housekeeping with our Do Not Disturb sign, and Housekeeping put a plastic bin of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and a new roll of toilet paper by our door. First hotel where I have ever seen this! As a woman who feels anxiety when there is no spare toilet paper and the one on the wall is getting small, this was greatly appreciated! There are several units of rooms, so you have to walk outside for breakfast. We were in room 231, B unit on the corner. Stairs on one side and an elevator on the other side of the building. Behind it is the pool and hot tub. The water felt really cool in April, and the hot tub more warm than hot. A family with small kids was playing in it. Pool is open 7 am - 10 pm. There are outdoor firepits and a laundry building (24 hrs). The breakfast had scrambled eggs, one type of breakfast meat, and hash brown potatoes that were heavily peppered. The first morning, they were mostly black with pepper. That was the main drawback for me. Breakfast is 6 am - 10 am. Maintenance came after 1 pm the next day, like I requested to address water that had been trickling out of our shower. He tightened the shower head and showed not to tighten the turn-off knob too much (which I also had found out the previous night). Very nice person. End of April 2026, we paid $316/night or $362.48 with taxes/night. I had never paid over $1,000 at a Best Western before, but the room and staff were very good, and shuttle and park convenience were perfect.
