Beautifully designed, thoughtfully maintained, and surprisingly affordable for the level of amenities. When you first pull in, you're greeted by a water feature and a large, gorgeous building that sets the tone. Inside is check-in (staff were super friendly and accommodating), as well as a mercantile open to both guests and locals. They serve coffee, have snacks, t-shirts, and small essentials -- a great little touch. Walk through that main building and you enter the guest community space, which is outstanding. There's a pool table, piano, movie-watching area, card tables, and even a huge kitchen for gatherings. In the back, there's a room with air hockey, ping pong, and pinball. The building also houses the laundry room, plus multiple guest bathrooms. Step outside and you'll find a barbecue and outdoor seating area for entertaining. The pool complex is resort-level. A zero-entry pool with a fountain cascading from the center, a very large (kidney-shaped) hot tub that's shaded in the afternoon, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower and bathroom for convenience. The whole area is beautifully fenced and landscaped. Towels are even provided. The park itself has around 150 sites -- spacious, landscaped, and well thought-out. Some newer sections are still being finished, but what's completed shows the level of detail: plants, flowers, and green grass between sites. It feels open and inviting, not crammed in like so many other RV parks. Down at the lower end of the park is a gem -- a pond with a bridge, market lights, catch-and-release fishing, paddle boats, a kayak, and a walking path around it. At night, with the lights reflecting off the water, it's stunning. There's even a small dog park nearby for your pup to stretch out. Between the design, amenities, and the atmosphere, this resort is in a class of its own. We've stayed at plenty of "resorts" that charged more but offered half as much. This place is the real deal, and we loved every minute of it. We'll absolutely be back.

The pool is kind of small and always kids in it, so we didn't hang in that area. It would be a plus for people with kids, though! Very well maintained park! We brought our side by side and with our whole set up we were 75' long and they easily accommodated us in a pull through. You can drive on streets in your off roader from the park all the way to the trails and dunes. You do need to purchase a permit to off road, which you can do online before you arrive. They kept us up to date on different happenings through the week...a yoga class, a couple food trucks (which were delicious) and a derby party. Fun touches! We would definitely stay here again!

They know what is available and what is not in a matter of seconds. Laundry, dog park, fitness center, ice cream truck, dog run, fire pit, dog washing station with hot and cold water and so much more. Shower house and laundry room were clean and instant hot water. They had someone escort us to our site by golf cart. During our week long stay we received text messages about an ice cream truck and other gatherings. There was very little traffic noise. The price was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Do be aware there is a strict cancellation policy.

This is a nice state park with friendly staff and clean facilities. Depending on what side you're on, you get closer access to the modern restrooms with showers. The other side will just have restrooms. But either way, these are excellent amenities and exactly what you need after a long day of hiking. In addition, the park itself has some recreational activities available and is located on a scenic reservoir. Very good state park.

While it's not right at the park entrance, it is a truly unique resort and absolutely worth the extra few minutes of driving. They offer a variety of cool accommodations, including glamping tents, tiny houses, and covered wagons. We chose to stay in a wagon, and despite the weather throwing 40-degree temperatures and high winds at us, it was incredibly warm and cozy inside. The wagon is exceptionally well thought out and equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, easily fitting a family of four. It also featured plenty of lights, outlets, a handy towel basket, and excellent AC/heating. The only downside of such a cold night was having to make the walk down the hill to the private bathrooms. However, the silver lining was getting to look up at an absolutely amazing night sky filled with millions of stars! For added convenience, there is an on-site coffee shop that sells breakfast items and sandwiches. In the evenings, they light up cozy campfires, and if you happen to visit on a warmer day, you can enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable stay near Zion!

They do clean them every morning, but it doesn't stay clean by evening. Too many people. It's very crowded, lots of people everywhere and waiting for everything. Has the theme park experience. The shuttle is constantly running into the park from the campground. We had to wait for an hour each way on a Friday for it. There's no other way up unless you are staying at the hotel. Parking is limited and the shuttle is pretty much mandatory. A ton of locals came in that day randomly and it was super packed. The rest of our stay we only had to wait 5 mins for the shuttle. You have to buy coins for the shower either at the showers or at the local sports shop, it's walking distance from the campground. The showers are not at the campground, but next to the sports shop. They closed early one day and the machine at the showers was broken so we couldn't buy coins. We were hot, sweaty and covered in sunscreen so it was pretty miserable to skip a shower. We planned ahead the rest of the trip and didn't have to buy coins last minute. Showers get busy and there is a wait.

The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Its always squeaky clean, has comfortable king bed and best of all - a fenced backyard with grass. We so look forward to stopping here after a long day of driving. The back fence is 4ft tall which works fine for us as our big dogs are not jumpers. Also, nice patch of grass. It's on a fairly busy street so the front room has a bit of street noise but it doesn't bother us at all. It's a 2 bed/2 bath both ensuites with king beds. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room area with a small TV. Lots of places to eat in Hurricane which is 5 min away. Highly recommend. So grateful we don't have to walk the dogs on leashes (yucko) - just open the front door and shoo them in - then they can roam around the backyard safely. We will be back again and again!

This hotel was the perfect stop for us to ride the Virgin River and see the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The check in process was easy and complete prior to arrival. You can drive up to the front door of your cottage and use a code to get into clean new rooms. Furniture is new, clean, large TV in room and fire pit out side. Very nice! This is a MUST STOP if your an "off roader" and you want to explore this area The owners Shane and Kalie were so helpful and seemed like great people! Shane even gave some insight on the best trails around here. I strongly recommend this lodges and will be back.

Loved the outdoor patio where you can drink wine and look up at the stars. The view of the mountain, located behind the resort, is just breathtaking and never got old. We're from LA, and we forgot what quiet sounds like, until we came here. It's incredibly peaceful. If you need any recs on where to go for food in the area, we highly recommend Edge of the World Brewery, Berry Knoll pizza, Essential Coffee and Bee's marketplace. All were amazing and everyone was incredibly friendly. Can't wait to come back again!
