August 31 - Sept 3, 2026 - Zion National Park…read more We stayed here for 3 nights, and there's really nothing like staying inside Zion National Park. We had beautiful mountain views right from our campsite. Our site had electric hookups, but no water or sewer. There is an RV dump station on site, which also had water available for tank fills. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. Every morning, we could walk a short distance to the shuttle and head out for another great hike. We could also walk to the Visitor Center. And, both a blessing and a curse, it was an easy walk across the bridge into Springdale, where we had a couple of meals and a few drinks at Zion Brewery. Just remember to take your park pass and ID with you--you'll need them to get back into the park. When I made the reservation, I chose a shady site fairly close to the river. Then we arrived on a day when there were flash floods, and suddenly being close to the river didn't seem like such a great idea. Our site also had a tree with low-hanging branches that rubbed the top of our RV whenever the wind picked up. I definitely questioned my campsite choice a few times. This isn't a campground where you're going to feel completely "away from it all." We could see Cable Mountain Lodge across the river, and the lights from the lodge and businesses in Zion Canyon Village were noticeable at night. There was some noise, too. But honestly, the location more than made up for it. Being right in the park and having such easy access to the shuttle was worth it. And watching the sunset over the mountains from our campsite, then waking up to deer hanging out just a few feet from our RV, was pretty special. We'd definitely stay here again.

Pros I side the campground walking distance to the little town get the bus to Zion park or rent e-bikes to get around. No cars allowed to the Narrows. Get the bus to the town of Springdale eat shop rent stuff. Cons: expect delays this is in the national park always a line to get in walking riding a bike or driving your car. If going to the Narrows busses start around 7 or 8 am. Bike pickup are early whenever you want them so pick up your bike early to get back into the park before the line starts. Campsites are big not all crunched up you have plenty of space between you and your neighbor. When it's a little windy no fires and hat so ever. Flushable toilets squirrels are aggressive here taking a nap outside and a got scratched by one.

The chicken Caesar and grilled cheese we ordered were delicious. Nice lawn with games and fire pits that they light every night at dusk, and really good s'mores!

Just came back this week after a 3-night stay with a group--3 families, 6 adults, and 4 kids and it's been really cool to see how much it's evolved. The location is solid, about a 15-20 minute drive to Zion National Park, which made getting in and out super easy. The bungalows are a great size, clean, comfortable, and well put together. Customer service was great the entire stay. One of the highlights was the vibe at night, hanging around the fire pits while the kids made s'mores... just a really good atmosphere overall. They also offered a late checkout option for $50, which extended checkout from 11am to 2pm, super convenient when you're traveling with a group and kids. Only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is the lack of EV chargers. I've stayed at other spots nearby that offer charging, and it makes a big difference. The closest charger being about 20 minutes away is definitely inconvenient. Outside of that, it was a great stay and we'd come back again.

We brought our side by side and with our whole set up we were 75' long and they easily accommodated us in a pull through. You can drive on streets in your off roader from the park all the way to the trails and dunes. You do need to purchase a permit to off road, which you can do online before you arrive. They kept us up to date on different happenings through the week...a yoga class, a couple food trucks (which were delicious) and a derby party. Fun touches! We would definitely stay here again!

The stop is also convenient for the Emerald Pools trailhead, which is directly across the road. We grabbed some food and drinks and relaxed outside on the large lawn with an amazing view of the canyon walls. There are several choices depending on what you're looking for such as Red Rock Grill for a sit down meal, Castle Dome Café for coffee, quick meals and snacks, and a seasonal Beer Garden for cold drinks. The café also has a small market with grab and go food, picnic items and trail snacks! The lodge also has a gift shop, water filling stations, and restrooms both inside the building and next to the shuttle stop. After spending hours walking around the park, having everything in one convenient area is a huge plus! There are also lodge rooms and cabins for overnight guests, although we only stopped for food and drinks. Zion Lodge is a comfortable and convenient stopping point in the middle of the park. The food was solid, the atmosphere was relaxed, and sitting outside surrounded by Zion's scenery made the visit memorable! We saw a few Turkeys! The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Its always squeaky clean, has comfortable king bed and best of all - a fenced backyard with grass. We so look forward to stopping here after a long day of driving. The back fence is 4ft tall which works fine for us as our big dogs are not jumpers. Also, nice patch of grass. It's on a fairly busy street so the front room has a bit of street noise but it doesn't bother us at all. It's a 2 bed/2 bath both ensuites with king beds. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room area with a small TV. Lots of places to eat in Hurricane which is 5 min away. Highly recommend. So grateful we don't have to walk the dogs on leashes (yucko) - just open the front door and shoo them in - then they can roam around the backyard safely. We will be back again and again!
