The fact that I did so and that the computer turned out to be refurbished are on me, I don't deny; he didn't hold a gun to my head....but part of the reason I called him was I needed the advise of an expert. After I got the computer, this gentlemen came to my home; I believe he said he charged $50 an hour, not sure; doesn't reallly matter. The end charge was $170 because he put windows 10 on it which had I realized, I wouldn't have had him do. This piece of junk has never worked and I realize I'm the one who is responsible for buying it...but don't use this man; money (his) is his main objective.
