If you're looking for a competent RV window replacement company that stands behind, and warranties…read morethere work, I wouldn't use Haymack Auto Glass Langley. The owner Mike Weys spent 20min on the phone with me, trying to convince me why it was "OK" that he (Haymack Auto Glass Langley), will not warranty his work against the window cracking, falling out or leaking after installation (absolutely no safety net), blaming everything on RV Manufactories poor design, window design and sealant materials. I had every reason to be back at Haymack Langley's location 2 short months after they reinstalled the front windows of my RV, because the front window stress cracked. To add insult to injury, I had to sit there for 20min listening to this guy Mike vomiting his excuses about why my previous window install cracked and why it was not their fault, and why they will not warranty the replacement window from also cracking, falling out or leaking. I found Mike to be an obnoxious, arrogant owner, took no accountability for the work they did, talks over the top of you, is condescending, argumentative, not even an apology. He was talking so negatively about the job that at one point I said, "it sounds like you don't want the work" his answer was "it sounds like that doesn't it" and if that's your attitude towards the work Mike, don't take it and certainly don't call Haymack a competent RV window replacement shop! The bottom line here is - there are 100's of RVs like mine, with windows like mine running around, all installed by other people/company's and these windows have not cracked, are not falling out or leaking. That my window did work its way out after 20+ years of driving and then cracked 2 short weeks after Haymack reinstalled it, has less, I think, to do with Manufactories poor design, window design and sealant materials, and more to do with the job Haymack did installing it There is absolutely no safety net with these guys, just all around, a bad deal and an obnoxious owner that pushes accountability away because as he said to me on that same call "he doesn't want to loss money", RVers beware!
