I have to share my GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company. My daughters car was broken into on Monday night and we were very upset and wanted to get the window replaced asap for safety reasons... and I called a couple of places Tuesday morning and they told me later in the week. Then I called Solo Glass in Langley and spoke to Anoosh and our worries were over. I took the car into his shop and the repair was done in a couple of hours and at the price quoted. I recently used Solo Glass for a raised half ton truck windshield. I though they may not take it because of the size. They got me in and did a fast great job replacing it. They also noticed I has a mirror problem. I said it was too expensive for me to fix with the quotes I got. Other Glass places would not fix it, I would have to go to the dealer. They say let them give it a try. They found what I needed and had me fixed and ready in a week. Not a month like I was told the wait would be from a dealer. They were caring and considerate. Highly recommend! They are extremely knowledgeable and so kind. Our truck was broken into and the rear window smashed. Instead of just fixing it right away, they thoroughly assessed it, recommended we see the auto body shop first for our claim and even called the auto body shop for us. Two great experiences only a few weeks apart. First was to get a full windshield replacement. He was extremely professional but added a personal touch to ensure my needs were taken care of. Rock chip a couple of weeks later and he once again took good care of the issue, very quickly, stayed open past closing to accommodate my work schedule and get it all fixed!
