The biggest disappointment, though, is that he ultimately quit replying to our requests to rectify the problems. No response to text messages, email, or voicemail. We eventually gave up until we got a request for feedback over the summer. We completed the feedback, hoping they'd finally stand behind their work, but never got a response to that, either. We reluctantly contacted a competitor this week and were told that they might not be able to fix what's been done. Mistakes happen, but not standing behind your work and your word is unforgivable.

Here's how it went. I called them expecting some surprise charges and a pushy salesman like I got from everyone else, but instead they were very friendly and answered all of my questions, explained the different packages and options and after I decided which one to go with and was ready to give them my credit card info, the gentleman explained that they did not want anything like that from me over the phone (I liked that). He said "the way we do it is different. We schedule a time for a licensed and bonded tech to come to your home, and before he does any work he will show you the system, explain how it works, and answer any questions you have, and as long as you're happy and see that it's everything you were promised he will go ahead and install the system and the only thing you'll pay is the first month of monitoring at the time installation." I loved hearing that because everyone else I talked to was pushing for my credit card info to lock me into a decision before I even had a chance to see what I was getting or see things in writing. So I scheduled a time for installation and the tech showed up on time and did exactly what they said he would do. He showed us the system, explained everything, showed us our warranty and everything in writing, and obviously as you can guess we were very happy and told him to install the system. It took about an hour and a half for him to install it and he did a great job and was very respectful of us and our home the entire time. Sorry for the ridiculously long review but after dealing with so much crap from all the other companies this was very refreshing and by far the best buying experience we've had in a long time!
